“And then we’ll be going elsewhere throughout the country, we’re going to bring crime down, because we can’t have cities that are unsafe.”

The president is considering Baltimore as a next step, if state leaders can’t lower crime.

Some Democratic leaders in other cities have said they do not want federal intervention.
