On Tuesday, a federal judge rejected attempts by defense lawyers to block evidence in a major Texas terrorism trial focused on Antifa. Prosecutors can now present mounds of evidence about a self-declared Antifa cell’s attack on a Texas immigration center last July.
Three defendants claimed law enforcement shouldn’t be allowed to use statements or physical items collected from certain home searches. The judge denied every one of these motions.
The accused are part of a larger group facing riot, terrorism, attempted murder, weapons, and evidence tampering charges for trying to storm an Immigration and Customs Enforcement building. Some tried to help the main suspect flee after gunfire was exchanged with police.
One defense lawyer argued officials had no probable cause to search a defendant’s home even though a judge signed off. They wanted evidence like firearms, devices, and notes thrown out.
This trial is the first in the country to label Antifa as a terrorist group, with the DOJ describing it as a militant network looking to topple the government and the law.
Seven more have already admitted to being part of the Antifa cell and have pleaded guilty. Other suspects still face Texas state charges connected to the same plot.

This organized effort designed to achieve policy objectives by coercion and intimidation is domestic terrorism.

National security officials have treated Antifa as a domestic terrorism threat to be monitored, while also exploring whether transnational ties might justify foreign terrorism designations for certain actors — a separate and more legally consequential pathway. Coverage pointed to ongoing investigations into alleged international links and to a broader posture of increased scrutiny.

Any time someone attacks a Federal Law Enforcement Officer acting on the letter of the law, which makes those who do so exempt if those Federal Law Enforcement agencies are under the control of members of the loyal Globalist NWO crusaders of the Democratic party, they should be shot on sight.
