A hockey game in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, turned into a nightmare when Robert Dorgan, identified by police as a transgender man, shot and killed at least two of his own relatives before taking his own life. Officers say Dorgan also left three more injured during his rampage at the high school venue.
Online, Dorgan used the name
“Roberta Dorgano”
He posted troubling messages before the shooting.
“Keep bashing us,” Dorgan wrote on X just a day before he opened fire, “but do not wonder why we Go BERSERK.”
His posts also revealed his grievances over society’s treatment of transgender people, as well as interests in dangerous views and explicit content.
Reports say Dorgan’s household faced years of fighting fueled by his gender identity.
His ex-wife ended their marriage in 2021, citing
“gender reassignment surgery, narcissistic + personality disorder traits.”
Authorities continue to investigate the incident and the troubling behavior that led up to it.
Stories like this matter. The safety of our communities, especially at events for our kids, is at stake.

Mental illness on full display, yet again. If your kid thinks they are supposed to be the opposite gender from what they are, then get them to in-patient therapy quick, fast, and in a hurry! And for the love of God, make sure they don’t have access to firearms.
