Wyatt’s Take

  • Student during ICE protest threatens violence on camera.
  • Others chime in with explicit threats, sparking outrage.
  • Pattern of leftist protests turning hostile against conservatives.

A student at a school walkout in Enumclaw, Washington, aimed at protesting Immigration and Customs Enforcement, was caught on video making violent threats against a counter-protester and his family.

The student, carrying an anti-ICE and anti-Trump sign, stated:

“Wow, F**k you. If I had a gun, I would pew pew your m***********g a*s and all you b*****s.”

When asked by the man filming to walk back the threat, the student doubled down:

“You f*****g deaf? You might want to hear the f******g video. Learn how to use your ears, b***h. You look deaf and [inaudible]. If I had a gun, we would have shot your d*****s.”

Another protester joined in, saying,

“Your family is going to die.”

Incidents like this are becoming more common, as left-leaning activism takes a hostile turn toward those with different views. In a recent Illinois school walkout against ICE, students attacked a Trump counterprotester with rocks, water bottles, and shoes.

These kinds of threats echo a disturbing trend over the past decade, as leftist aggression toward conservatives ramps up. There have even been reported attempts to target figures like President Trump and Trump officials, such as a recent arrest of a man accused of trying to kill an administration member.

Large protests, such as those in Baltimore, see students skipping school and taking over city streets. Yet in many Democrat-run cities, student achievement is low and public order is declining.

These outbursts have real consequences, shattering any illusion that calls for accountability and respect go both ways in today’s political climate.

Middle America knows we need civil discussion and respect for our neighbors, even when we disagree. Threats and violence solve nothing, and hard-working folks across the heartland expect better from our schools and our leaders.

Just arrest anyone caught on camera making an explicit threat. File charges and let the chips fall where they may. Students (and others) feel entitled to threaten or attack people because they are usually not held to account for it.

They will get off scot free because of their age. Boggles my mind how claims are made that their brains aren’t fully developed when the left wants to defend their actions, yet the left believes at 6 (and younger) they are mature enough to butcher their bodies for the noble transgender cause.
