January 1, RFK Jr. Talks Full-Term Abortion Views: Intriguing Insight on Controversial Topic

In a recent interview on The Sage Steele Show, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. expressed his views on full-term abortions, stating that he believes they are acceptable.

When asked by podcaster and former ESPN host Sage Steele if there should be a limit on abortions or if a woman has the right to have one up to full term, Kennedy responded, “I don’t think any woman through history has ever said I’m going to have a baby; I’m going to get pregnant and carry that baby to eight months of term and then I’m gonna terminate the pregnancy.”

Steele suggested that full-term abortions have happened many times. Kennedy acknowledged, “I’m sure that has happened; I would say that in almost all those cases there’s extenuating circumstances.” He later added, “What I’m saying is I don’t think any woman sets out saying, ‘I’m going to carry a baby for eight months and abort him.'”

When further questioned by Steele if women should be allowed to have full-term abortions, Kennedy stated, “Again, I respect people who — I think there’s a very, very good argument, a compelling argument that the state has [an] interest in protecting a fully-formed fetus; I absolutely think that that argument is very convincing.”

However, he maintained that he does not trust the state and that decisions should be left to the woman. Kennedy clarified his stance on government involvement in abortion decisions, saying, “I would say it’s up to the woman. We shouldn’t have government involved.”

This comes after a contradictory statement last year, when Kennedy Jr. told NBC News he’d support a national abortion ban after the first three months of pregnancy but later reversed his position, stating, “I believe a decision to abort a child should be up to the women during the first three months of life.”

God is the giver of life. If a woman is pregnant, and she decides she doesn’t want a child, she knows (what caused the pregnancy, hopefully) that is when she should have made that decision then, not after the fact. God says in his word, “when thou was in the womb, I knew thee. What if you had a child, and after a year or two, decided you would rather have a child, would you take it outside and kill it? No, because you’d go to jail for murder. What is the difference?

So it’s up to the woman, and the state should not get involved?? RFK is smart enough to know that women in distressed states could be talked into anything and he also knows that many would be sorry later! If a woman at term “decides” that she cannot or will not care for an infant when she has reached term gestation, there is always the possibility for giving it up to another couple to raise as their own. He also knows that there is a big market for infant tissues, AKA: “spare parts!” Wonder if he gets contributions from Planned Parenthood and similar. You know what they say …follow the money!

Your on the wrong side of history and Darwinism…..all genes are part of the gene pool…..abortion at ANY time is turning our gene pool into a CESSPOOL increasing the rate of genetic disease.

What a flip flop answer. Shows he doesn’t think clearly or is afraid to speak because it is a political issue.
I feel full term abortion is never acceptable. You certainly know you are pregnant at one or two months. If you do not want the baby
That is the time to think about. Not having it. NOT at full term. No excuse for killing a formed and viable child

The worm ate his common sense part of the brain. According to his logic, full term( about to be born) baby is not human, it is “full term fetus”. What a garbage of a man.

Another wishy-washy politician. All of the Kennedys are dyed-in-blue liberal democrats.
