Wyatt’s Take

  • Big publishers are selling books with violent trans themes to young readers.
  • Major media celebrates these stories, ignoring graphic content and troubling ideas.
  • Parents have reason to watch what their children are being sold in bookstores and libraries.

The publishing world is releasing books with disturbing, violent themes tied to the trans community and putting them in the hands of kids. One novel, “Manhunt,” pushes a post-apocalyptic world where men turn into monsters and two trans characters harvest their testicles for survival.

The book doesn’t shy away from graphic violence or controversial attacks on women who believe biological sex matters. Its author openly supports violent political acts and brags about it online.

Despite this, big-name media outlets call the book brilliant and fun. Celebrities are racing to adapt it for TV, and glowing reviews roll in from trade magazines.

The trend doesn’t stop there. The author’s next book, “Cuckoo,” about queer teens at a conversion camp, is marketed directly to teenagers, even as it includes shocking sexual scenes. Publishers insist teen readers “will feel seen,” pushing it as a must-read for young adults.

Another book, “Hell Followed With Us,” came out from a teen imprint and is filled with aggressive, anti-Christian themes. It is praised as a response to so-called anti-trans laws and will be adapted into an animated film.

This steady stream of violent, explicit books is aimed at kids, not just adults. Big publishers and media are quick to push them, celebrating ideologies and encouraging young readers to embrace these stories without considering the harm or confusion they might cause.

Parents and communities should know what is being sold to their kids under the guise of “inclusive” literature. These books are not just about acceptance—they promote radicalism, graphic violence, and divisive views of gender and faith.
