January 1, Pelosi Says GOP Hit ‘Rock Bottom’
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said the GOP hit “rock bottom” after the Republican National Committee characterized the Jan. 6 Capitol riot as “legitimate political discourse.”
“The Republicans seem to be having a limbo contest with themselves to see how low they can go,” Pelosi told reporters.
“They seem to have reached rock bottom with their statement that what happened on Jan. 6 was legitimate political discourse.”
Pelosi urged Republicans to “take back your party from this cult.”
“It has been hijacked, and it’s disturbing to see that the Republican leader of the House ran, actually, literally refused to condemn that resolution of legitimate political discourse,” Pelosi said, referring to House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA).
“The Republicans can run, but they cannot hide from what happened on Jan. 6,” she added.
Pelosi’s comments come after the RNC approved a resolution censuring Reps. Liz Cheney (R-WY) and Adam Kinzinger (R-IL) for serving on the House select committee investigating Jan. 6.
The resolution rebuked the lawmakers for supporting “Democrat efforts to destroy President Trump more than they support winning back a Republican majority in 2022,” and “participating in a Democrat-led persecution of ordinary citizens who engaged in legitimate political discourse.”

The Republicans have gone too far to the right in response to the Radical Socialist agenda of what was once the Democratic Party. The Socialist Party claims that the Republicans are fascists, bigots, etc… The reality is that the Socialist Party is looking to increase government dependence, depress freedom and ingenuity, cancel actual history and contributions made by anyone they don’t like or agree with. They also choose to ignore history, by collaborating with terrorists and those that actively collaborated and actually partnered with the Nazi Party.

Pelosi knows about rock bottom because that’s where she resides and thrives. These only thing that she’s consistently good at is betraying the US and the American people. There was a recent report that the doors were unlocked on the capital building on January 6, so who do that? Pelosi is House Speaker and it’s her responsibility to check on security of the capital building regularly so why didn’t she do that then? Why did Pelosi and the mayor of DC turn down President Trump’s offer of the National Guard before the demonstration that was scheduled to happen on January 6? What security measures did Pelosi do, if any at all, to secure the capital building? The answer is absolutely nothing as usual. What explanation has Pelosi given that the testimony from all the capital police that took place was exactly the same from each one of them Word by Word. No big surprise that they were coached and were lying through their teeth. Why has Pelosi dismissed the murder Ms. Babbitt by one of the capital police—why has she not investigated that? Clearly Pelosi careless that that innocent woman was murdered. The only thing Pelosi cares about is her own political power regardless of how detrimental it is to the US and the American people. Her latest move is that she’s having capital police search the offices of GOP members. Pelosi is evil incarnate and she proves it every day.
