Pelosi Aims to Pass $2T Social Spending Bill By Christmas
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) predicted the $2 trillion social spending bill will pass through both chambers of Congress before Christmas.
“We feel very confident about what is in Build Back Better,” Pelosi said. “We know what some possibilities are, and it would be my hope that we would have this bill done before the Christmas vacation.”
Senate Majority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) is echoing Pelosi’s Christmas break deadline, scrambling to rally his party’s centrist holdouts in favor of the massive spending bill.
One notable holdout is Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.VA), who voiced his hesitation on the measure as recently as Tuesday.
Speaking at a Wall Street Journal event, Machin warned that “the unknown we are facing today is much greater than … this aspiration bill.”

Listen to the American People!!! We don’t want to take on $2 trillion more debt!!!!!
For one special moment your headline had me rejoicing that the PELOSI ERA WAS TO BE OVER BY CHRISTMAS , what a disappointment, all she is doing is to complete the bankruptcy of America .
PELOSI IS ONE BIG DICKHEAD
Would prefer to see Pelosi finished before Christmas. Corrupt Government Officials no longer should be worshiped and instead imprisoned.
America CANNOT stay strong if another $2 Trillion are added onto the national date as it stands. Pelosi and Schumer must have some kind of secret mechanism to keep the country going with $4 Trillion debt —– as it looks right now, they are crazy as loons!!!
