New England Patriots running back TreVeyon Henderson is speaking out after a Catholic family in Massachusetts lost custody of their teenage daughter.

The parents refused to go along with a gender transition pushed by school officials and state child welfare workers.

“The God we serve commands parents to ‘Direct your children onto the right path, and when they are older, they will not leave it.’ Proverbs 22:6,” Henderson wrote. “Yet, this God given right that these parents have is being stripped away from them by the state.”

“These parents who want to honor our Lord and lead their daughter into the truth, and away from what she can’t see what will destroy her, just as God has entrusted the parents to do,” he posted. “May justice be served.”

The trouble started at Algonquin Regional High School in Northborough.

A school counselor reportedly began calling the 15-year-old girl by a male name and male pronouns without telling her parents.

When the Kutzkos objected on religious grounds, the counselor filed a report with state child welfare authorities.

Officials then took full legal guardianship of the girl and issued a restraining order blocking contact with her parents and older brother.

Even after physical abuse claims against the father were found to be false, the state kept custody.

The family scored a temporary win when a judge blocked the state from giving the girl high-dose testosterone while the case continues.

Attorneys say giving the minor cross-sex hormones without parental consent would cause permanent damage.

The next court hearing is set for October 29 as the Kutzkos fight to regain their rights.
