January 1, Ozzy Osbourne Leaving the US Because It’s “F—king Ridiculous”
Rock legend Ozzy Osbourne says he and his wife Sharon are moving back to the United Kingdom because he’s “fed up” with gun violence in the United States.
“Everything’s f—king ridiculous there. I’m fed up with people getting killed every day. God knows how many people have been shot in school shootings. And there was that mass shooting in Vegas at that concert… It’s f—king crazy,” the 73-year-old told The Guardian.
“And I don’t want to die in America,” he continued. “I’m English. I want to be back. But saying that, if my wife said we’ve got to go and live in Timbuktu, I’ll go,” adding that “it’s just time for me to come home.”
Sharon Osbourne echoed her husband’s sentiments, saying the decision had nothing to do with Ozzy’s health.
“It’s just time. America has changed so drastically. It isn’t the United States of America at all. Nothing’s united about it. It’s a very weird place to live right now,” she said.
But earlier this year, Ozzy told The Mirror that they were leaving Los Angeles after 20 years due to rising tax rates in California.
“We are leaving LA. We are a bit sad. But the tax is getting too much. I am sad because I really really like staying and living there,” the Grammy Award winner said in March.

Why all the hatred for the Osbournes? Is it his view on guns? I”m certainly as pro-gun as any of you are. Or is it because some of you are the types of conservative Christians who think his music and/or music lyrics, or rock and other rhythmic styles of music generally, is sinful? If so, I certainly, on the other hand, radically part company with that view. Finally, someone said that he should leave his taxes in the U.S., that is, pay some very high taxes to the federal and/or California govts.. I would assume, judging from the various articles and accompanying comments I’ve read on this website, that you people are all fiscally conservative, that is, desire smaller govt. and the accompanying lower taxes. Therefore, you should sympathize with his tax plight!

Never was a fan of Osbourne’s music except for “crazy train” and his wife is probably more famous than him at this point [and an insufferable snatch to boot] his reasons for leaving the u.s. have changed multiple times and none of them have garnered much attention for him like he hoped they would. So long dude, nobody really knew where you lived anyways.
