Things are heating up for top folks from the old Obama administration as the Justice Department kicked off a grand jury investigation into how the 2016 ‘Russia collusion’ story even got started.

Fox News legal voice Gregg Jarrett said on TV that heavyweights like Barack Obama, James Comey, James Clapper, and John Brennan could be “at the greatest risk of legal jeopardy.” He said, “Well, let’s take Hillary for example. In a conspiracy case, she would be a potential target because the genesis of the collusion hoax was Hillary who approved the scheme to smear Trump.” Jarrett pointed out this wasn’t just rumor—evidence is popping up in newly released documents and in Brennan’s own notes from 2016.

New reports even show Comey and Brennan are under criminal investigation for the FBI’s use of that shady Steele dossier. CIA Director John Ratcliffe’s declassified review showed Brennan pushed hard to include the now-discredited dossier in intelligence reports, even when folks warned him not to.

Jarrett made it clear who is in the hot seat: “Along the way, of course, they deceived the FISA court to gain warrants, then they alter the intelligence assessment to support the collusion narrative and left it up to the media to vilify Trump. Ever since then, it’s been covered up. So the people you mentioned, I think they’re at the greatest risk of legal jeopardy here.”

After Tulsi Gabbard stepped in as Director of National Intelligence, she started declassifying proof showing how Obama administration officials kept targeting Trump, even after he became president. On top of that, she made it public that she’s sending Obama himself up for possible criminal charges.

The FBI’s Kash Patel just found “burn bags”—stuffed with secret documents meant to destroy evidence tied to the Trump-Russia hoax. Some insiders say these contain the real dirt—classified parts of reports no one wanted voters to see.

All this comes after years of the media and swamp insiders pushing a story most common-sense Americans never believed. Now, it’s looking like the truth is coming out.
