Nvidia announced plans to build seven supercomputers for the Department of Energy, all using up to 100,000 American-made chips.

CEO Jensen Huang said,

“The first thing that President Trump asked me is, ‘bring manufacturing back.'”

These supercomputers will help maintain America’s nuclear arsenal and develop energy sources like nuclear fusion.

The biggest system will team up with Oracle and use Nvidia’s new Blackwell chips.

Nvidia landed $500 billion in chip bookings, showing high demand for their artificial intelligence technology.

The company is facing trade pressure with China, which could shape who leads in next-generation tech.

On top of that, Nvidia is working with Nokia, investing $1 billion to help build better 6G communication technology.

They’re also partnering with Palantir Technologies to solve business logistics at major US companies.

In cars, Nvidia rolled out a new self-driving tech platform called Hyperion and teamed with Uber on a Robotaxi network.

Huang expects these efforts to pay off as Americans look for innovation at home.

Nvidia makes chips in Arizona, assembles servers in Texas, and builds networking gear in California.

Huang praised Trump’s focus, saying,

“We are manufacturing in America again — it is incredible. The first thing that President Trump asked me is, ‘bring manufacturing back.'”

The company isn’t slowing down as they aim to keep America leading in advanced technology.

Middle America stands to benefit from high-tech jobs and new breakthroughs when companies put American workers and manufacturing first.

It’s a sign that building things at home still matters.
