January 1, Major Companies Use Training Programs That Ban White Employees
U.S. Bank and Bayer Pharmaceuticals have reportedly enrolled in McKinsey and Company’s leadership training, a program that explicitly excluded white employees from participation.
Key employees from both U.S. Bank and Bayer Pharmaceuticals were highlighted in a McKinsey video about their “Connected Leaders Academy.”
This particular program, aiming to “accelerate racial equity” and “diversify talent pipelines,” restricts white employees from joining.
McKinsey, a well-known consulting firm, was once the workplace of Pete Buttigieg.
The programs are segmented based on ethnic and racial identities, as McKinsey explains: “Black Leadership Academy, Hispanic and Latino Leadership Academy, and Asian Leadership Academy.”
Astrid Benedetto, who heads Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategy at U.S. Bank, commended this approach, emphasizing how it aids in “equitably and fairly manage our talent pipeline.”
Similarly, Allison Smith, a top figure at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, expressed her approval for the Connected Leaders Academy.
In a video on McKinsey’s YouTube, she mentions that the program plays a pivotal role in “developing our employees for their next opportunity.”
Nicolas Bahamon, Bayer’s VP of Strategy, also vouched for the program, stating it “helps me as a leader to understand… different approaches I can engage with other Latin American colleagues.”
Additionally, several Bayer employees publicly acknowledged their participation in the program, with the company’s endorsement.
However, U.S. Bank and Bayer aren’t the only corporations adopting such McKinsey’s exclusive programs.
A recent report from O’Keefe Media disclosed Best Buy’s collaboration with McKinsey, emphasizing that the retailer’s staff need to “identify as black, Latino, Hispanic, or Asian Pacific Islander” to be a part of the program.
This revelation sparked a wave of boycott calls against Best Buy.
America First Legal, a legal foundation challenging “equity-based exclusion”, encouraged any Best Buy staff denied entry into the program due to their race to reach out, hinting at potential legal action.
Liberty Mutual, a leading name in the insurance sector, too, has engaged with the McKinsey program.
The company clearly stated that it is exclusively available for those who “identify as Asian, Black or Hispanic/Latinx.”
Liberty Mutual’s objective with this program mirrors that of McKinsey’s: to “diversify talent pipelines” and “accelerate careers.”

I agree with you 100%. I will no longer purchase anything from “Best Buy” nor will I purchase anything that has “Bayer” on it. I am aware that if I stop buying from these people they won’t even notice BUT “if we all stop buying from them they WILL absolutely notice”. It worked with “Bud Light” and it can work with these people too.

Best Buy has become a sewer of low-level, ignorant buffoons who can’t answer any questions, don’t know anything about the product they are pushing, can barely speak English properly: “I be hep you wid dat” was a response we got the other day from a young man. He didn’t know the screens from a can of beans. So we found a white guy, but they almost don’t exist in these stores any more. He was able to answer all the questions. We ended up not buying there. The price was out of line from what we were able to find elsewhere.
It is really too bad if people are offended by the racial nature of comments such as mine. They can demand ‘equity’ all they want. But if they aren’t going to go to school, and learn basic skills, English and math, they will not succeed.
Probably will never go back to one of their stores.

I guess these companies will be suffering major production problems if they abandon white workers. It is well known that black workers constantly work slowly or not at all. They have no ambition or loyalty and go around with a chip on their shoulders. They make it their job to avoid work for any reason.

It’s all okay, because, the white’s are the reason America was what is was & we will continue with our honor & integrity, but, won’t allow blacks & other racist “ass holes” to walk through our doors. Make sure you really want what you say you want, because, the blacks are getting what they wanted, but, not the way they thought & it’s only going to get worse in America. Let’s make sure another election isn’t stolen so we can get rid of the Trash that runs DC. How it saddens me to see the direction the radicals are taking our country, are they all cowards. Why if blacks are only 13% of the population are they in 100% of all movies, social services, government jobs? A fair and logical statistic should be 13 black employees per 100 other employees regardless of race. The entitlements given to these people are ludicrous. They have lost their pride and integrity. Sorry when the senior population is gone, what will our country be for our grandchildren. I love being a white skinned grandmother and by the way I haven’t bought anything made in China in 3 decades, that’s 30 years in case some of you don’t know what a decade is.
