LaMelo Ball, point guard for the Hornets, was in a two-car accident Wednesday in downtown Charlotte. He was not hurt, according to someone familiar with the situation.

Police haven’t released their report about the crash yet.

TV cameras caught Ball’s camouflage Hummer after the collision just before 5 p.m. The front tire was gone on Ball’s truck, but he was seen getting out and moving to another car while wearing a Hornets hoodie.

The driver of the other car also got out calmly and walked over, video footage shows.

Police were present during the aftermath, and more details may come later.
