A Mexican national allegedly used a church pulpit to target victims in Kentucky. He is accused of luring an innocent girl into his office.

While families were praying, this man was allegedly committing unspeakable acts behind locked doors. Our broken system let him walk free after previous arrests.

The girl’s father was notified after she fled the office with visible injuries. Witnesses described the scene as a total betrayal of trust.

Despite this heinous crime, his attorney argues that time already served should satisfy his sentence. ICE has now lodged a formal detainer.
