January 1, Judge Blocks Trump’s Ban on Transgender Troops

Hey, folks! Something big just happened in Washington. A judge named Ana Reyes, picked by President Biden, stopped President Trump’s order that banned transgender troops from being in the military. Now, remember, Trump was trying to make sure the military stays strong and focused on its mission. He wanted to keep it clear from what he called “radical gender ideology.”
President Trump’s order was all about keeping the military ready and reliable. He said transgender policies might hurt things like unit cohesion and military readiness. You see, being in the military requires physical and mental toughness, and the focus should be on serving the country with honor and truth.
Judge Reyes, though, thinks different. She says that letting transgender people serve has actually helped recruitment and made the military better. But let’s talk straight – we know the Army and Navy have been struggling to meet their recruitment goals lately. They even had to lower their standards just to fill spots.
According to Judge Reyes, the Trump administration didn’t think things through. She also suggested the ban was unfairly motivated. But, remember folks, the military is no place for uncertainty. It’s all about duty, discipline, and dedication to America.
This is a fight about values, readiness, and what it really means to serve our great country. Let’s keep an eye on who’s got our military’s best interests at heart!
Wyatt Matters!
There’s been a big change in the military rules that got people talking. A judge decided that banning transgender people from serving wasn’t the right move. The last president thought that stopping transgender people from joining would help keep the military focused and strong. This was because being a soldier needs both physical and mental strength, and the goal is to serve the country with truth and honor.
But this judge has a different view. She believes letting transgender people join has actually been good for helping the military get new recruits and do their job better. Even though the military has had trouble finding enough people to join lately, lowering the requirements to fill positions, the judge seems to think the changes can still be positive.
At the heart of this decision is a big question about what’s best for the military. It’s really important to make sure that those who want the best for our service members are the ones making these choices. Watching how these changes affect the military’s readiness and its values will show who’s really looking after what makes our military strong.

That judge is a complete moron. Knows nothing about the internal working of the military. Who in the world would want some mental nut job wearing a dress fighting along with a normal soldier. Not going to work.

I’m with President Trump. The military needs to be mentally prepared. I believe Transgender’s possibly have some mental issues that should not be brought into the military. I also don’t think Transgender surgeries should be done in the military, or paid for by our go ernment tax dollars.

She is WRONG, probably a LESBIAN as well. It is sickening that many judges issue RTO’S on almost everything that Trump&Musk do 2 save money. Also it is truly laughable how judges rule that sending gang members 2 Guatamala is wrong. I wonder if they would have this attitude if one of the murderer’s or rapist lived next door 2 them!

Besides creating havoc, why would a transgender even think of joining the military? For sure, the normal men are not going to be exactly friendly with them are they.? This is insane! These judges are not thinking straight. What part of let’s MAGA don’t they get? Transgenders in the Military isn’t going to do it. I agree with John….not going to work.

Since our military to be strong and reliable requires discipline, stability, and compatibility transgenders would upset this balance.
Also, when has a Judge in a Constitutional Republic had the authority and power to overturn the decision of the President of the United States and the Secretary of Defense?

OK, so we don’t ban them. Just limit the application to two boxes, male and female. If they lie, they’re out.

The military especially is no place for the transgender agenda. No place in America as far as that goes. We need a strong military to protect our country. We don’t need politics and the craziness that goes along with this to disrupt the discipline of our wonderful soldiers. Judges should not be able to stop our president.

Number 1: She has no say in what goes on in the military! It is out of her jurisdiction. As Commander in Chief only Trump and his secretaries can say what goes on. Plus the military comes before the courts and not the other way around.

What bothers me about what ALL of these so-called judges, doubtless leftist, beholden to the Soros crowd, is they are attempting to turn around every.little.thing. our new President is trying to do. They should NOT have this power! We the People elected him to make changes, and big changes he is trying to make. Hope that someone can override these punks. All of them.
