Wyatt’s Take

  • Multiple public workers fired or investigated over posts on Charlie Kirk’s death
  • Secret Service agent and teachers caught in controversy after social media comments
  • Calls for accountability and condemnation grow louder

Several school employees, firefighters, and a Secret Service agent have faced termination or are on leave following their public comments about Turning Point USA President Charlie Kirk’s assassination.

Investigations span Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia, Mississippi, and more, all focusing on statements made about Kirk’s death online.

One South Carolina teacher was let go over a social media post saying, “Thoughts and prayers to his children but IMHO America became greater today. There I said it.”

In Oregon, a teacher claimed Kirk’s killing “brightened” his day.

Kirk, who founded Turning Point USA and grew it into a force among young conservatives, was shot at a Utah university rally.

A Secret Service agent landed on leave for writing that Kirk “spewed hate and racism on his show.”

“Let me be clear, politically motivated attacks in our nation are increasing — seemingly every day,” said Secret Service Director Sean Curran. “The men and women of the Secret Service must be focused on being the solution, not adding to the problem.”

Sen. Marsha Blackburn urged that the agent be fired after his comments, stating, “As our nation mourns the devastating loss of Charlie Kirk, a rogue @SecretService agent posted on Facebook suggesting that he deserved to be murdered. I am calling for this agent’s immediate termination. It’s time to root out the rot in the Secret Service.”

A New Orleans firefighter, who described the shooting as a “gift from God” online, is under scrutiny, though her job status is unclear.

Former network commentator Matthew Dowd was also fired for labeling Kirk’s speech as hate on air after the shooting.

Conservative voice Laura Loomer promised consequences for those who cheered Kirk’s killing, posting, “I will be spending my night making everyone I find online who celebrates his death Famous, so prepare to have your whole future professional aspirations ruined if you are sick enough to celebrate his death. I’m going to make you wish you never opened your mouth. These people need to be condemned in society and there must NEVER be a place for these people to gather without facing the shame of their behavior.”

Author Stephen King was forced to retract and apologize for a misleading post about Kirk after the event.

Podcast host Dave Rubin fired back, “Charlie was never anything but kind to me and my husband. We broke bread many times, and he never treated us with anything other than respect. He even came to our house not too long ago and, plot twist, didn’t throw rocks at us. Write about that sometime, you hack.”

Why shouldn’t members of Congress be reprimanded for booing at the suggested moment of silence to honor another human being’s death?

I would bet that they were all democrats. They are shameless. I see most of them as virtue-less, selfish, mean and without conscience. Such as elizabeth warren who committed fraud and yet criticizes others (n the other pparty ) etc. waters who pushes violence. schiff who slanders with lies. etc.

Celebrating another human beings death because you don’t like what they say makes a person a pretty deranged piece of shit that needs mental institutional help and should be reduced to working at circle k if at all.

Mr. Kirk decided that talking was better than violence. The Liberal response to his murder shows the world which group is pro violence. Why would any sane person want to have such people in any position of responsibility? Liberals should now receive the type of censorship or harassment that they have shown conservatives ever since Lincoln’s murder decades ago.

They know they can’t win the argument because all their ideas solutions are ludicrous. So what do they do they demonize and call conservatives names. Kill the messenger because you can’t stand the fact that you are demented and totally wrong about everything. We need to eliminate this woke new world disorder mind virus from our planet before it destroys us all!!!

If we don’t get a handle on this kind of violence and nip it in the bud we are going to see much more of this happen and when it becomes more that the police can handle it will be Marshall Law. Celebrating the death of a person because your jealous of what they stand for is evil at it’s core. People need to be reprimanded for any of the comments agaist his legacy.
