Jimmy Kimmel, a late-night TV host, will headline a high-dollar fundraiser in Los Angeles for House Democrats.

The fundraiser benefits the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and tickets cost at least $25,000.

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries and former Speaker Nancy Pelosi are expected to attend the March 10th gathering.

Kimmel has publicly criticized President Trump and conservatives, especially in the wake of Charlie Kirk’s murder.

His show went off the air briefly last year after remarks about Kirk’s assassination.

During his monologue, Kimmel said,

“We had some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them and with everything they can to score political points from it. In between the finger-pointing, there was grieving.”

This event highlights Hollywood’s support for Democrat causes and continued attacks on Trump’s supporters.
