It’s Not Looking Good for Derek Chauvin

It doesn’t seem to be going well for Derek Chauvin who is on trial for George Floyd’s death. Testimony today from expert witness Dr. Martin Tobin points directly to the way he was restrained by Chauvin. He was even asked if a healthy person would have died in the same situation and he said, “Yes. A healthy person subjected to what Mr. Floyd was subjected to, would have died as a result of what he was subjected to.”
