January 1, Ex-CIA Official Fabricates Durham Charges

Wyatt’s Take

  • Former CIA officer Susan Miller claimed she was prosecuted by John Durham—she wasn’t.
  • Miller made the false statements on a podcast run by signers of the Hunter Biden laptop letter.
  • No public records support Miller’s story, and she never provided proof.

Susan Miller, who worked under former CIA Director John Brennan, told two ex-colleagues she’d been charged and put on trial by investigator John Durham and Attorney General William Barr. But public records prove that never happened.

On a recent podcast hosted by John Sipher and Jerry O’Shea—both linked to downplaying the Hunter Biden laptop—Miller repeated her claims of prosecution. She said Barr and Durham put “me and a couple members of my team on trial” and filed a “criminal complaint.” There’s no trace of any such case in federal dockets.

Her credentials online list her as a CIA retiree “currently target of Trump and Tulsi’s witchunt.” She also labeled Trump a “dictator” and his backers “Nazis,” defending the discredited Steele dossier and raising suspicions Trump was a “Russian asset.”

The podcast suggested Tulsi Gabbard targeted Miller over her 2016 work. Miller also claimed her lawyer was Kenneth Wainstein, known for representing Brennan, and is now represented by Mark Zaid, no stranger to high-profile political cases. Neither lawyer confirmed Miller’s story. She has yet to show any “criminal complaint” to back her claims.

Miller described meetings where she was allegedly told charges were coming from the attorney general. However, she could not say which official supposedly delivered that message. Attempts to verify her account with past CIA legal counsel went unanswered.

An hour with her lawyer reportedly cost her $1,500, but the central accusation remains unproven. Her case continues to rest on her word alone.

Stories like this remind us to question wild accusations—especially when no evidence turns up. Want the real story? Stick with us for the facts, not the fiction.
