Wyatt’s Take

  • Protesters stormed a Minnesota church over immigration rumors.
  • Politicians and President Trump issue threats but show little action.
  • Locals are left suffering as law enforcement looks the other way.

A group of anti-ICE demonstrators, including Don Lemon, barged into a St. Paul church during worship, confronting families and the pastor. The activists believed one of the church’s leaders was connected to ICE, according to Baptist Press.

The White House and Justice Department promised that justice would be served. “President Trump will not tolerate the intimidation and harassment of Christians in their sacred places of worship,” said Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt.

But similar chaos has unsettled Minnesota for weeks, with left-wing groups targeting ICE and locals. The response so far? Social media outrage and political talking points, but little else.

Governor Tim Walz and Mayor Jacob Frey refuse to step up and enforce the law, sending a clear message to agitators. This hands-off approach only emboldens those creating havoc, threatening further unrest in other states if nothing changes.

The situation risks spiraling, with crime spreading and ordinary people left to fend for themselves. Lawbreakers must be held responsible with real action, not just words. Anything less lets disorder take root.

The time for statements has passed—the law must be enforced.
