January 1, Biden Judge Halts Migrant Kids’ Homecoming
Wyatt’s Take
- A Biden-appointed judge blocked reuniting migrant children with their parents in Guatemala.
- Lawyers pushed to keep kids in U.S. detention, claiming danger back home.
- Left-wing activists now want children held, flip-flopping from past outrage.
A federal judge stopped the government from sending home 600 Guatemalan kids, following an emergency court move by activist attorneys. The judge, a recent Biden pick, sided with efforts to keep these children in U.S. detention, not with their actual families in their own country.
“It’s actually much worse than even that. These smuggled migrant children were orphaned in America by the Biden Administration. The minors have all self-reported that their parents are back home in Guatemala. But a Democrat judge is refusing to let them reunify with their parents.”

These kids’ own families are back in Guatemala, but left-wing attorneys want them to stay detained in America. Their claim is that sending them home poses a risk, though there’s no evidence that hundreds of parents want to harm their own children.
The ruling paused deportations for two weeks and stopped dozens who were about to be sent home. Meanwhile, the lawyers argue the children could be at risk in Guatemala, want them to stay, and hope for them to get permanent U.S. status.
This is the same activist crowd that used to decry “kids in cages,” yet now fights to keep these children inside U.S. holding facilities. Congresswomen like AOC staged emotional scenes, pretending to mourn at fences never near real detainees.
AOC tweeted these pictures of her at the fence… heartbroken. In tears.

After years of sob stories about the treatment of young migrants, the left suddenly reversed course. They now argue that kids are better in U.S. custody than back in their own communities.

This same judge, not long ago, worked against Trump’s border orders, and now these rulings are holding up family reunification for hundreds of kids. The left’s push keeps these children stuck in a legal fight instead of allowing them back to their own homes and culture.
Our system is failing the very children these lawyers claim to protect. This case is a clear example of politics standing in the way of common sense and family values.
If you believe children deserve to be with family and not trapped by activist games, stay informed and speak up for what’s right.
