January 1, Biden Education Officials Caught Dodging Court Orders

Wyatt’s Take
- Biden administration officials accused of ignoring a court order on gender identity rules in schools.
- The Office of Special Counsel is silent on progress investigating these violations.
- Calls grow for accountability among Education Department staff who defy the law.
Biden officials at the Department of Education are accused of ignoring a clear court order that told them to stop enforcing their controversial stance on gender identity protections in schools. While whistleblowers say this was no accident, the office set up to hold these folks accountable won’t say what’s being done, if anything, almost a year after reopening the probe.
“At the very least, there should be consequences for any employees who are still with the Department of Education and intentionally ignored the July 2022 injunction,” said Empower Oversight President Tristan Leavitt, who’s helping represent the whistleblower.
Leavitt says some of the same officials from Biden’s last run may still be thumbing their noses at the law, even after a judge’s written order clearly blocked the government’s push for schools to toe the line on gender issues. He wants names named and consequences handed out, otherwise future court orders aren’t worth the paper they’re written on.
The Office of Special Counsel gave the Education Department a deadline of March 12, 2025, to answer objections over their staff essentially clearing themselves. But so far, there’s been no public follow-up.
“Court orders are not suggestions to be ignored when bureaucrats disagree with them,” Empower Oversight argued in a statement.
The allegation hinges on accounts by a long-time attorney, Timothy Mattson, who says leadership tried to keep complaints and pushback off the record and told staff she’d cover for anyone hauled into court for violating the judge’s order.
Now, some at Berkeley Law are standing by the former official accused of masterminding the work-around. Critics say it all comes down to accountability—if bureaucrats can ignore rules when they don’t like them, where is the rule of law?
Wyatt Matters
When government workers brush off court orders, it chips away at faith in the system. Hardworking Americans expect leaders to follow the rules just like the rest of us. If there’s no discipline for defying a judge, power starts to mean more than right and wrong. That’s not how things should work in this country.

What does “gender reveal” have to do with education? I read this article because it used the word “education”. I’m so tired of entities using “education” as a vehicle for their agenda…while our children remain ignorant. If you want your child to get an education, you have to pay for your child’s education from preschool until college, this is the new norm, you really can’t get a “public school” education anymore, there is no such thing. All of the “public” junk that people conjure up are dump into the “public education” system. It wasn’t until Trump threatened to shut down the Department of Education that we learned it’s original purpose. It was created during a time when women went outside of the home, to work and they needed childcare, the problem was it was hard to find childcare for the Learning Disabled children, so the government stepped in the help with childcare, and inadvertently formed this education system, meaning it wasn’t about education at all, it was about daycare. That explains why it seems like a babysitting service. The teachers don’t have a set curriculum, they are hired like the staff in a barber shop or hair salon, where the stylist rents a chair, and the owner hope they can do well, and bring in more customers. If not, they move on to another shop, some do well and some don’t, they do their own thing, there way, no standardized education methods. When Trump threatened Head-Start, we realize that Department of Human Services was over Head-Start and DHS are not in the education business, so what did we expect. Someone, in DHS saw the problem and DHS capitalized on it, and made “educational” matters worse. In my opinion, we do need a “Head-Start” type program, but with a “set curriculum”. And I have the answer to both, I teach my grandbabies from birth. I redesign or create toys for them, they are doing a form of math by 18-months. So, they don’t have terrible two, because they can communicate and they have a smooth transition into their talking stage. They are always the top of the class at private school with awards to prove it. The programs that I’ve created, keeps on giving, it’s like a whole culture, it teaches all sciences, imagine a 4-year old doing multiplication, not by memory but by understanding, and 5-year old knowing about the DNA strain and the true Solar System. Not only is America allowing the gay agenda to ruin public education, they are allowing racism to stop the education information that our children need. Racism is so trivia, it won’t allow “the color Brown” to be used in school, they’ve even feminized the color brown. It’s amazing the “ah” moment when a child learns about brown. I volunteer to teach the tested “gifted and talented” children. as there is no program designed for their “special needs”. I’ve written lesson plans and workbook for them, I love watching their reactions to wisdom, they love that someone can reach them. Give them some challenges, something new to learn, a clearer understanding. Yes, these children have been tested, and for what value, so the teachers can divide them out amongst their (the teachers’) classes, to keep their (the teacher’s class) test scores up. What about the gifted-child’s education? I’ve notice and documented several dynamics about these special needs gifted-children, information that we can use to better teach all children. BTW, I’ve tested my lessons on certified special needs children and they love it, 100-percent, they felt empowered, ready to challenged other students. And yep, my program is for sale, for 20-million dollars for the rights to all my creations, that are nowhere else on the planet, as I have researched other countries methods of “education” as well.

If I disobeyed a court order, wouldn’t I be fined for contempt, or JAILED? So why not them?
