January 1, AG Pam Bondi Dismisses DEI Lawsuits Against Police and Fire Depts

Hey folks.

Attorney General Pam Bondi is making a big change that you’ll want to hear about. She told the Department of Justice to stop working on lots of lawsuits against our country’s police and fire departments. These lawsuits started under President Biden when they said these departments were being unfair.

Here’s what happened: the DOJ was upset because when police and fire departments gave hiring tests, people were passing at different rates. But Bondi says there was no proof anyone was being unfair on purpose. The Biden team wanted to make it about diversity, equity, and inclusion, but Bondi says that wasn’t right.

One lawsuit against Durham, North Carolina, said Black candidates didn’t pass a written test as often as white ones. Another lawsuit against Maryland State Police said Black and female candidates didn’t pass tests as often as others. Similar cases were happening in places like South Bend, Indiana, and Cobb County, Georgia. But now, all of these cases will be dropped.

Bondi is standing up for the idea that we need skilled and dedicated firefighters and police officers, not picking people because of diversity quotas. She calls this step a move to get rid of unfair diversity requirements in our government and private businesses.

Our country was doing fine when Trump’s team was busy removing these diversity programs. He even signed an order saying to stop illegal diversity positions in all federal government places, like on planes and in the military.

Bondi’s announcement shows we’re getting back on track to pick the best people for the job and stop fiddling with unfair diversity rules. That’s a win for America.

Wyatt Matters!

Attorney General Pam Bondi has made an important decision to focus on ensuring fairness in hiring for our police and fire departments. She decided to drop lawsuits that were started because the Department of Justice noticed differences in test passing rates among candidates of different backgrounds. Bondi believes that there was no deliberate unfairness in the hiring process.

The DOJ under President Biden pushed for diversity, equity, and inclusion, but these measures sometimes led to unfair practices. For example, lawsuits claimed that Black and female candidates did not pass the hiring tests as often as others. By ending these lawsuits, Bondi emphasizes the need to select police officers and firefighters based on their skills and dedication, rather than meeting diversity quotas.

This decision marks a step towards focusing on hiring the best candidates for public safety jobs, without being restricted by diversity requirements. By following Bondi’s direction, we can support a fair process that encourages people to get hired because they are the most qualified for the job, which ultimately benefits everyone.

    Great job and smart move
Imagine if Pro sports started saying something similar and not allowing the best players as a top level or a joke that would be obviously it’s more important to have the best players in game life and death matters like police other services

Maybe all the woke, left wing dumbocRATs should work on fixing the source of the reason certain folks don’t do as well on exams. Hint they are locked in D plantation poor schools and have entitlement mentalities insteadof a workethic.

As a former Police Lieutenant in a major police department I witnessed the results of DEI. The results are police officers who, in some cases cannot even write a comprehensive report regarding the commission of a crime or a factual report regarding an arrest. These reports are sometimes critical when testifying in court. An educated person is often a better candidate for police work.

Attorney General of The United States, Pamela Bondi has her work cut out for herself? The F.B.I. has already mislead her with The Epstein crap. Kash Patel, I hope gets to the bottom of that shit? This is no way “TRANSPARENTCY” by The F.B.I., but a deterrance. Straighten this shit out or get the hell out of the way! D.O.G.E., You had better get envolved with these assholes and straighten The F.B.I. out or start getty rid of the high upper end officials and replace with more competent people that will comply with effientency and transparency! Honesty would be a change for the good as well?
