Wyatt’s Take

  • Rep. Greg Steube admits Republicans dropped the ball on voter priorities.
  • Heartland families expected real results, not more excuses.
  • Time is short to get the agenda back on track before the next election.

Rep. Greg Steube (R-FL) shared during an appearance on Breitbart News Saturday that Republicans “failed to deliver on key things” that the voters had wanted them to get done.

The Florida lawmaker made the blunt assessment while discussing the party’s record heading into the next election cycle.

Voters in the heartland sent Republicans to Washington with clear instructions.

Instead, key promises on the border, spending, and energy independence stalled in Congress.

Steube’s comments reflect growing frustration among conservative voters who expected a unified government to act decisively.

“Failed to deliver on key things”

Many working families now question whether the Republican majority will finish the job before voters head back to the polls.

Wyatt Matters

Middle America still believes in strong borders, lower taxes, and honest leadership. When elected leaders fall short, the people remember and demand better next time around.

I don’t think the republicans need to apologize for anything. I think the MAGA agenda is right on track. What happened is a bunch of uneducated people who don’t like a little pain and only think of themselves voted for the people that are going to make it worse. Really bright.

Energy prices are perhaps the main problem with Iran for most people. To counter that, Trump opened the Strait of Hormuz and record amounts of oil have been flowing – 24 million barrels/day, including the pipeline across Saudi Arabia. Finally, the futures price of oil and gas dropped like a rock the last few days – over $100 to $90. Too late. Did the dems keep the futures prices high?
