January 1, Georgetown Professor Sparks Outrage Over Rape Gang Comments

A Georgetown professor is telling the world to just get over the rise of violent rape gangs. Jonathan Brown sparked outrage after dismissing concerns about the safety of women and children in the United Kingdom.
The controversy started when an official in the U.K. pointed out a clear link between Islamic radicalism and organized grooming gangs. Brown responded twice with the same cold phrase after being told his comments were evil.
“There is a link between the rape gangs and one particular religion – we have seen it again and again and again at our inquiry. That religion is Islam.”
The professor has since locked his social media account to hide his comments from the public. This is not the first time he has supported extremist views or attacked American interests online.
“Professor Jonathan Brown’s recent remarks continue a troubling pattern of reckless, incendiary, and dangerous statements that he has made without remorse.”
Last year, the same professor suggested that Iran should bomb United States military bases. He has also reportedly defended concepts like slavery and Islamic supremacism in previous academic discussions.

Our universities should stand for truth, decency, and respect for women. Middle America expects leaders to reject excuses for violence and protect the values that keep families safe.

Turn every rapist into a eunuch. Make them sit down to urinate.

What a stupid hateful vicious comment. Leave it to leftist radical woke professors to defend Islamic rapists

I’m not sure how this is Brown supporting extremist views.

I agree; the quotation seems like one that would make Islamists angry because it (rightly) links the reprehensible behavior to their religion. I’m not saying Brown hasn’t supported Islamic extremists—I don’t know one way or the other—but this particular statement does not appear to support Islam.

“Brown DIDN’T SAY THAT!!”
Well what DID he say? Wyatt’s “article” says “Brown responded twice with the same cold phrase after being told his comments were evil”, and then it has that phrase, and says we should be mad at him for it. Nothing about this article makes any sense at all. If we’re not supposed to like what he said, then how about actually telling people what he said.

That wasn’t Brown saying that. What Brown said was in response to that. The article is very unclear on that point. Brown said, “Get over it.” Telling those girls that had been groomed and raped, tough titties kids. Deal with it because it’s not the muslims fault. It’s their culture and they are going to do that without regard for your bodies and feelings. When someone said that his view was evil, Professor Brown repeated his statement of “Get over it.” He is a professor of Islamic studies and apparently likes and supports every member of that religion without any hesitation or remorse.

Why is still employed by Georgetown…his remarks should be so reprehensible to alumni, current student body, fellow professors and uni ersity staff that has classes become obsolete and his services are no longer needed? What is wrong with the Georgetown community?

Why is he even allowed to teach or have tenure….the alumni, directors and contributors need to speak out and take action. Islam/sharia law are a plague upon this land just as is abortion and the mutilation of minor children with sex reassignment surgeries & drugs. Shameful that what once were Halls of Higher Edu.are Halls of Shame and Depravity.

Someone should launch a 180gr dart at 3000fps straight into his pelvis region. That way, even though he might still be running his ignorant mouth, he wouldn’t be raping anyone himself.

The U.K. has truly gone to Hell, if they actually allow creatures like this to teach.
