January 1, Biden’s CBP App Unleashes Quarter Million “Inadmissible Aliens” Into U.S.

The Biden administration’s digital platform, the CBP One app, designed for immigration purposes, has reportedly paved the way for a floodgate of inadmissible aliens into the U.S. interior.

Shocking findings from Department of Homeland Security (DHS) documents, obtained by the House Committee on Homeland Security, reveal the magnitude of this situation.

This app, championed and expanded under Biden’s watch, provides a pathway for foreign nationals to set their asylum appointments remotely. The eye-opening data shows that a whopping 95.8% of the inadmissible aliens who utilized this platform were granted entry into the U.S., with a mere notice to show up in immigration court.

A report from May showed that the already overwhelmed immigration courts are grappling with around 2.1 million cases, with some court dates staggeringly set for as late as 2035.

The House Homeland Security Committee’s press release highlighted this massive breach: “Hundreds of thousands of inadmissible aliens, including from hostile nations like Russia,” have been given free access into the heart of the country.

The specifics of the data are chilling: out of 278,431 scheduled appointments, a staggering 266,846 were released into the U.S. A whopping 97% of these were from Venezuela, while 94% were Russians. Moreover, 93% of applicants from Afghanistan and 88% of those from China secured their entry.

Notably, the Mexico and northern triangle countries, including Honduras and Guatemala, showcased release rates soaring between 93% and 96%.

Representative and Homeland Security Committee Chairman Mark Green (R-TN) pulled no punches in his response, asserting, “Secretary Mayorkas has utterly abused the CBP One app in his quest for open borders.”

Green slammed this operation as a mere “smokescreen” for a mass entry of individuals who shouldn’t be here in the first place.

He also warned about the looming security threat this poses.

“At a time when global tensions are rising, and our enemies are growing bolder, releasing tens of thousands of these people into our communities… is irresponsible.”

Green emphasized the committee’s relentless pursuit of the truth, stating, “It shouldn’t take a subpoena threat from Congress to get these answers, but we are going to keep fighting for the truth.”

Adding fuel to the fire, reports have surfaced about Mexican drug cartels exploiting the CBP One app for financial gain. They’re allegedly selling virtual networks to foreign nationals, enabling them to bypass app restrictions and request appointments from any global location.

This startling revelation of over a quarter million inadmissible aliens infiltrating the U.S. through this app coincides with a historic surge in illegal immigration. Since Biden’s inauguration in 2021, a staggering 1.7 million illegal immigrant gotaways have been noted.

Contrastingly, under Trump’s term spanning 2018 to 2020, the gotaways numbered a total of 415,000. Illegal border crossings hit an unprecedented high in 2022.

Public sentiment mirrors these concerns. A CBS News poll recently found that 66% of voters disapprove of Biden’s approach to immigration, while a meager 34% give their nod of approval.
