January 1, Trump Slams Fox News Over Democrat Midterm Gains

Wyatt’s Take
- Trump calls out Fox News for giving Democrats free airtime that helped them win key races.
- The president says constant criticism from the network hurt Republican turnout and messaging.
- Voters across the heartland are losing trust in media that claims to be conservative.
President Donald Trump bashed Fox News after the GOP lost numerous races in the midterm elections, stating the network bears “responsibility for these losses.”
He accused the network of constantly and consistently putting on the Democrat opposition.
Trump said the coverage gave Democrats free publicity at a time when Republicans needed strong messaging to win.
Many working families watching at home noticed the same pattern during the campaign season.
Trump added that Fox News should have focused more on the issues that matter to everyday Americans instead of giving Democrats a platform.
The former president pointed out that this approach left voters feeling like the network was no longer on their side.
Wyatt Matters
Heartland families expect the media they trust to stand with them, not hand ammunition to the other side.
