January 1, White House Press Sec Blasted for “Spreading Disinformation”
ON THIS DAY IN HISTORY…
1918: Spanish Flu kills 21,000 people in the U.S. in a single week.
White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was heavily criticized from suggesting that both voter suppression and record-high voter turnout were happening at the same time.
During a press conference, a reporter asked Jean-Pierre about President Joe Biden’s previous comments calling a Georgia voting law to “Jim Crow 2.0,” noting that there’s been record-breaking voter turnout in the state.
“Speaking generally, of course, more broadly, of course, high turnout and voter suppression can take place at the same time,” Jean-Pierre said. “They don’t have to be, one doesn’t have to happen on its own. They could be happening at the same time.”
Her response was widely mocked online, with Twitter users saying that such contradictory messaging was “par for the course” with the Biden administration.
“Coming from an Admin that thinks Biden can be pro-choice Catholic… mutually exclusive positions are par for the course in their absurd reality,” said podcast host Jenna Ellis.
Stephen Miller, who served as a White House aide during the Trump administration, echoed the sentiment.
“It is also common for the sun to rise while it is setting,” said Miller, founder of the America First Legal Foundation.
The Federalist senior editor David Harsanyi pointed out that the leftist talking point of “voter suppression” is intentionally unfalsifiable.
“Conveniently, ‘voter suppression’ can never be disproven,” he tweeted.
Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) took it a step further, sharing a screenshot of the definition of voter suppression, and telling Jean-Pierre to “stop spreading disinformation.”
Gabriel Sterling, the chief operating officer of the Georgia Secretary of State’s Office, told Fox News that Biden should apologize to the state of Georgia for his “Jim Crow 2.0” remark.
“How many turnout records do we have to break before Stacey Abrams and President Biden apologize to Georgia?” he asked.

From a former Democrat….if a Demonrat’s lips are moving they’re lying…..and it’s been going on since the mid 60s. They’ve just escalated the scam since they haven’t been called on it.
