January 1, WATCH: Woman Attacks Her Own Defense Attorney in Court
A woman accused of murdering and dismembering her boyfriend physically attacked her lawyer during a court hearing.
Court video shows Taylor Schabusiness, 25, lunge at her attorney Quinn Jolly inside a circuit courtroom in Brown County, Wisconsin. She’s quickly restrained by a sheriff’s deputy, who wrestled her to the floor. The courtroom was cleared
Moments earlier, Jolly asked the judge for another two weeks to give a defense expert time to review whether Schabusiness is competent to stand trial. Judge Thomas Walsh agreed to push back the competency hearing from Tuesday to March 6, and proposed a May 15 trial date.
Schabusiness later asked what happened during her outburst, and deputies told her, “You went off on your attorney, Taylor. You went crazy on your attorney.”
At the end of the hearing, Jolly told the court he would file a motion to withdraw from the case, but the judge did not immediately rule on the matter.
Schabusiness is charged with first-degree intentional homicide, mutilating a corpse and third-degree sexual assault in the Feb. 2022 killing of Shad Thyrion. She plans to plead not guilty by insanity.
On Feb. 23, 2022, at around 3 a.m., police responded to a call after Thyrion’s mother found her son’s severed head in a bucket in the basement. According to a criminal complaint, police recovered the head and a “male organ” in the bucket, as well as an upper torso in a separate storage tote.

Why in the world have the courts not ended this bullshit. All court deputies and bailiffs should be issued stun guns. Once a criminal starts to act up one application of the stun gun would put a stop to the court’s thug.
Stop the criminal from acting up and trying to get an insane verdict. ‘
