The liberal establishment is furious because its power grab is hitting a legal wall.

They want to ignore the state constitution and existing laws to get the outcome they desire.

"The law is with us in Virginia," Jeffries said. "The facts are with us in Virginia, and the people are with us in Virginia."

This is a classic case of the left trying to bend the judiciary to its will.

Virginia previously used a nonpartisan commission to create fair maps for everyone.

Democrats threw that out because they could not win on ideas.

We cannot allow a slim majority to trample over the rights of everyone else without real representation.
