  • A federal judge sanctioned the law firm representing a woman accusing billionaire Leon Black of sexual assault linked to Jeffrey Epstein.

  • The judge said lesser sanctions were appropriate after discovering falsified supporting records, including sonogram images.

A federal judge sanctioned the law firm representing a woman accusing billionaire Leon Black of sexual assault linked to Jeffrey Epstein.

The court found that attorney Jeanne Christensen lied repeatedly and ordered her client to delete social media evidence.

While the lawsuit alleges Black raped a girl in 2002, the judge discovered that supporting evidence like sonogram images had been falsified.

The law firm must now pay legal fees and disclose this misconduct in future federal cases.

“In light of the serious and varied misconduct … the Court strongly considered granting the case-terminating sanctions Defendant requests in this matter,” Clarke wrote.

“However, the Court ultimately concludes that lesser sanctions can address the misconduct.”

The defense team for Leon Black argues the entire case should be withdrawn now that the plaintiff’s credibility is destroyed.

They have called for federal authorities to investigate what they describe as a fraud on the court.

“Her credibility having been destroyed, Doe should withdraw her Complaint and apologize to Mr. Black for manufacturing false and defamatory claims,” attorney Susan Estrich said.

Black is one of several high-profile figures, including Bill Gates, expected to testify before Congress next month.

Lawmakers want answers regarding these billionaires and their long-standing ties to the Epstein stable.

Wyatt Matters

Middle Americans are tired of high-priced lawyers using deception to manipulate the legal system. We need total transparency regarding the powerful figures who associated with Epstein to ensure justice is finally served.
