January 1, Trump Team Members Face Startling Safety Threats

Published

Folks, we’ve got some troubling news. Nearly a dozen people tapped by President-elect Donald Trump for his new team are facing some scary threats. These threats are not just big talk; they include bomb threats and something called “swatting,” which is when someone calls the police to a fake emergency at your house. Now, that sure doesn’t sound very American, does it?

Karoline Leavitt, who speaks for the Trump team, said some of these threats even involved messages that were pro-Palestinian. What’s going on here? Our people just want to serve the country by doing their jobs and moving America forward.

Some of the people that were targeted include John Ratcliffe, slated to lead the CIA, Pete Hegseth for defense, and Elise Stefanik to be the UN ambassador. Others like Lee Zeldin for the EPA and Brooke Rollins for agriculture were also on the list. It’s like they’re trying to scare away anyone who wants to stand with President Trump.

Thankfully, law enforcement moved quickly. They checked Stefanik’s house in New York and found no bombs. Good work by the local police there. The FBI is on the case too, taking these threats seriously and asking folks to stay alert and report anything that seems fishy.

Karoline Leavitt made it clear: they won’t be scared away from making America safe and prosperous. These are people who love this country and want the best for it.

Zeldin and others like DeRemer from Oregon and Rollins from Fort Worth thanked the police for keeping them and their families safe. DeRemer even had a threat at her home in Oregon but she says her family is safe thanks to quick action by the county sheriff.

Now, let’s be clear — intimidation and threats won’t stop us. We have law and order on our side, and brave officers who work day and night.

President Trump himself has been under threat recently. There were two attempts on his life this year, one at a rally in Pennsylvania and another while he was on a golf course in Florida. But he’s still standing strong. This is still a developing story and we’re keeping watch, so stay tuned for more updates.

Wyatt Matters!

Hearing about the threats against people on President-elect Donald Trump’s new team is frightening and it doesn’t feel right. When people start using bomb threats or calling in fake emergencies to scare others, it just sends a chill down your spine. We should all be able to go about our work and serve our country without having to live in fear. People like John Ratcliffe, Pete Hegseth, and Elise Stefanik are stepping up to take on important roles for the good of America, yet they’re being met with fear tactics. This behavior is not what we stand for.

I’m glad to see that the police and FBI are taking these threats seriously. It’s reassuring to know that they acted swiftly, especially in checking on Elise Stefanik’s house and making sure everything was safe. It’s important to trust our law enforcement to keep us protected, and they seem to be doing just that. Our officers are the real heroes, making sure that no harm comes to those who are simply trying to help lead our country.

It’s also heartening to hear from those who have been threatened, like Lee Zeldin and Lori Chavez-DeRemer, expressing gratitude for the safety provided by law enforcement. They stand firm, making sure that intimidation doesn’t win. America has always been about courage in the face of challenges. Whether it’s from people within or outside, threats should not shake our belief in making America safe and strong. Let’s support those who are standing up and not let fear take control.
