January 1, TRUMP: INVESTIGATE HOW ‘FRAUDULENT’ MUELLER PROBE STARTED

President Donald Trump on Sunday called for an investigation into how Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s “fraudulent” probe started.
“Everybody is asking how the phony and fraudulent investigation of the No Collusion, No Obstruction Trump Campaign began,” Trump tweeted. “We need to know for future generations to understand. This Hoax should never be allowed to happen to another President or Administration again!”
Trump has criticized Mueller’s probe since it ended last week.
Mueller’s report, as summarized last Sunday by Attorney General William Barr, “did not find that the Trump campaign or anyone associated with it conspired or coordinated with Russia in its efforts to influence the 2016 U.S. presidential election.”
Axios: Trump Plans to Pick Barrett for Ginsburg’s SCOTUS Seat
President Donald Trump last year told confidants he was planning to replace Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s seat with conservative Circuit Judge Amy Coney Barrett, reports Axios.
“I’m saving her for Ginsburg,” Trump said as he was deliberating over filling Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy’s seat, according to three sources who spoke with the news outlet.
Ginsburg, 86, just finished her third battle with cancer. She returned to the bench in early February after missing a series of cases due to surgery for lung cancer.

(AP) – Former Vice President Joe Biden says he doesn’t believe he ever acted inappropriately toward women but will “listen respectfully” to suggestions he did.
Biden, who is deciding whether to join the 2020 presidential race, faces allegations from a Nevada political candidate that he kissed her on the back of the head in 2014 and made her uncomfortable.
In a new statement released Sunday, Biden says: “In my many years on the campaign trail and in public life, I have offered countless handshakes, hugs, expressions of affection, support and comfort. And not once — never — did I believe I acted inappropriately. If it is suggested I did so, I will listen respectfully. But it was never my intention.”
Rapper Nipsey Hussle Dies After Being Shot Outside LA Store
Rapper Ermias Davidson Ashedom, better known by his stage name Nipsey Hussle, has died after being shot multiple times outside his store in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. He was 33.
According to NBC, Ashedom was shot multiple times and then transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. No suspects have been detained, Mike Lopez of the LAPD told NBC.
2 Pilots Killed in Marine Helicopter Crash in Arizona
(Reuters) – U.S. Marine Corps officials are investigating after two pilots died in a helicopter crash during a training mission in southwestern Arizona.
A statement from the Marine Corps Air Station says the crash of the AH-1Z Viper occurred at about 8:45 p.m. Saturday.
A spokesman for the station says the crash occurred on the vast Marine Corps Air Station Yuma training grounds.Capt. Gabriel Adibe says no additional information is immediately available.
