Federal investigators are looking into a hunting stand found near where President Trump arrives at Palm Beach International Airport.

Secret Service agents found the empty structure during a security sweep and reported it had likely been there for months.

FBI Director Kash Patel said his agency sent teams to collect evidence and used cellphone tracking to search for suspects. Authorities have not linked anyone to the stand so far.

The stand was discovered before Trump landed, letting security lock down the area without interrupting his arrival. Secret Service spokesman Anthony Guglielmi confirmed no one was found near the stand when agents arrived.

Palm Beach County joined the feds to process the scene, but officials would not share what was recovered. Guglielmi said the find was important and the agency could not comment on what was found or its purpose.

“While we are not able to provide details about the specific items or their intent, this incident underscores the importance of our layered security measures,”

Guglielmi said.

This event follows recent threats against Trump, including a sniper’s nest at a golf course and a shooting at a rally.

The FBI is still investigating who set up the stand and when.
