January 1, Trump Cracks Down on Venezuela Oil Trade with Global Tariffs

Hey there, friends! So, President Trump has taken a bold stand to protect our great nation. On Monday, he announced that if any country buys oil from Venezuela, they’re going to be hit with a big 25% tariff by the U.S.
Here’s why: Venezuela has been sending bad people, violent criminals, to our country on purpose. We’re not going to let that slide. Trump is already making sure these dangerous folks are being sent back and held in El Salvador.
One of the worst gangs, called Tren de Aragua, has been labeled a “Foreign Terrorist Organization.” We’re working hard to send these guys back to where they came from. Plus, Venezuela hasn’t been very nice to the U.S. or our freedoms. So any country that deals with their oil will have to pay that 25% extra when trading with us.
Mark your calendars for April 2, which President Trump calls “Liberation Day in America.” That’s when the tariffs will start. It’s part of Trump’s plan to deal with trade partners in a big way.
Venezuela’s been selling more oil lately, even to us, but Trump’s got a plan. He gave Chevron a deadline until April 3 to start winding down their operations there. It’s time to stand strong!
Trump and Secretary of State Marco Rubio are also calling out the Venezuelan leader, Nicolas Maduro. Maduro says he won an election last July, but he really didn’t. And guess what? He’s letting bad countries like Iran and China work out of Venezuela and is causing trouble for his neighbors.
Maduro’s actions have flooded our country with these dangerous gang members. As Rubio said, why would we want someone like that calling the shots? It’s time to protect America and our values!
Wyatt Matters!
President Trump’s new decision to impose a 25% tariff on countries buying oil from Venezuela is aimed at keeping our country safe. The reason behind this bold move is that Venezuela has been purposely sending dangerous criminals to the United States. These individuals are part of a notorious gang called Tren de Aragua, which is now recognized as a “Foreign Terrorist Organization.” It is essential for us to act firmly to ensure these threats are sent back to where they came from and to protect our nation.
Additionally, Venezuela’s leader, Nicolas Maduro, has been claiming power through unfair elections and is allowing harmful influences like Iran and China to operate from his country. His leadership is causing trouble not just for Venezuela but for other countries, including ours. By imposing tariffs on oil dealings with Venezuela, President Trump is making it clear that we won’t tolerate threats to our safety or support countries that don’t respect our values.
With “Liberation Day in America” marked on the calendar for April 2, the tariffs will begin as we strengthen our position against those who might harm us. Chevron has been given until April 3 to reduce their operations in Venezuela, emphasizing the seriousness of this new policy. Through these measures, we’re taking a strong stand to ensure America’s security and reinforce our commitment to protecting the country and its people from any threats.

My company, Silverback Commodities & Traders LLC, sells oil, gas, and petroleum to help refill the SPR even through the RFP process. However, it was President Joe Biden, who awarded and allowed ExxonMobil a license to purchase crude oil from Venezuela in refilling the (SPR) Strategic Petroleum Reserves with Venezuela crude oil. When I made enquiry, Biden Administration said crude oil for the SPR must be manufactured and refined in the US. Big oil companies should not be given special privileges over Veteran Owned Oil Companies and they should be held accountable too!
