January 1, SWAT Raids Yield No Arrests in Guthrie Case

Wyatt’s Take
- Despite large SWAT operations, no suspects remain in custody.
- Multiple people, including a mother and son, were briefly held and released.
- The hunt for Nancy Guthrie continues, and the reward grows bigger.
Last night, law enforcement in Pima County detained up to four people as part of their search for Nancy Guthrie. All individuals, including a mother and her son, were released by morning.
Pima County Sheriff Nanos said, “No arrests last night in Guthrie case and no one in custody.”
SWAT teams swarmed a neighborhood and searched the parking lot of a fast-food restaurant, even towing away a vehicle. The amount of police and FBI action had folks hoping for a break in the case.
Despite these efforts, there’s still no one in custody, and Guthrie remains missing. The reward for information that leads to her or those responsible is now $100,000.
If you have any tips, now’s the time to come forward. Your information could make a real difference and bring Nancy back home.
Wyatt Matters
