The Supreme Court is set to overturn the landmark 1973 ruling in Roe V. Wade that protects the federal right to abortion, according to a leaked draft of the court’s majority opinion obtained and published by Politico.
Justice Samuel Alito authored the 67-page initial draft majority opinion, which would eliminate the federal right to abortion and leave it to state-level authorities, declaring that the court’s decision in Roe does not have a Constitutional basis.
“We now overrule those decisions and return that authority to the people and their elected representatives,” the opinion reads.
The leaked draft sparked an immediate uproar, with protestors gathering outside the U.S. Supreme Court on Monday night and many high-profile names decrying the decision.
Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said overturning Roe would “kill and subjugate women.”
“This decision is a direct assault on the dignity, rights, & lives of women, not to mention decades of settled law,” Clinton wrote on Twitter. “It will kill and subjugate women even as a vast majority of Americans think abortion should be legal. What an utter disgrace.”

After 40 years of Godless slaughter of our unborn let us pray that this holds fast and doesn’t get ambushed by the dems wheeling and dealing (they are frantically looking for a way to kill this vote even if it mean destroying our SCOTUS). The dems will commit murder to block this.

I am amazed at their outrage. All the SCOTUS is doing is returning the power to the people to decide for their state. Women will still be able to get abortions in most states. Its a darn shame they are not this outraged about men in women’s sports! Men or trannies, which ever you prefer, are taking away women’s rights to scholarships and right to compete fairly but where is Clinton and all of these protesters on that?

Hillary Clinton said toppling Roe would kill and enslave women? Everyone knows about the numerous murders around Clinton, but about the murders around Rowe – nothing but saving babies who did not have time to be born. I mean, wrestling Row against Clinton is a life-and-death struggle.

I’m pro life for the people who will get killed because some moron in Tennessee passes a law saying it’s OK to bye a gun with no back round check, in case some of you numb skulls on the right haven’t noticed how crime went up since that bill was passed, I’d be curious to know how many crimes have been committed with a weapon from that state. I’ll say it again the right has passed this bill against all woman, they passed voting rights bills against every race whose not white, and who knows which poor bastards will be next. The bill may keep woman from having an abortion, but it won’t stop them from dumping it somewhere (maybe on the assholes door step who’s passing these bills, and let’s not forget that woman in Texas won’t get rapped because that dip shit took all the rapist off the streets before it can happen. (maybe they all sent him there locations) It’s to bad some of you morons on the right weren’t aborted.
