January 1, Savage Monkey Gang Terrorizing Village

Published

on

A gang of violent monkeys has been terrorizing a town in India, recently killing a 10-year-old boy, Dipak Thakor, by ripping out his intestines. The boy was playing with friends in the small village of Salki when he was attacked by the notorious gang of monkeys. One of the animals dug its claws into the boy and tore out his intestines, as reported by The Sun.

Thakor was rushed to the hospital after the attack, but doctors were tragically unable to save his life. A local official said in a statement, “His intestine was ripped out in the attack. He rushed (back) to his house and was taken to a hospital where doctors declared him dead on arrival.”

The monkeys responsible for the boy’s death have been on the run and responsible for multiple attacks. The official stated that this was “the third attack by monkeys in the village within a week.”

Vishal Chaudhary, a forest official in Salki, said officials have been attempting to hunt down what was described as a “large troop” of monkeys and have succeeded in capturing a few so far. “We have rescued two langurs in the past one week, and set up cages to trap another langur,” Chaudhary said. “There is a large troop of monkeys in the village, including four adults who have been involved in attacks in the past one week. Two of them have been rescued. Efforts are on to cage another.”

Dangerous encounters with monkeys are not rare in India. Earlier this year, a 3-year-old boy was abducted by a monkey that carried the child up a cliff. In that case, police went on a multiple-hour search and were able to locate the child and safely return her to her parents.

Why It Matters

This tragic story is a stark reminder of the importance of protecting our communities from dangerous wildlife. It’s easy to dismiss these incidents as isolated events in far-off places, but as urbanization continues, we must be proactive in managing our interactions with wild animals. The Indian government needs to take swift action to protect its citizens from these rogue monkeys, just as we need to address similar issues in our own backyard. Whether it’s coyotes in the suburbs or bears in the mountains, we must prioritize the safety and well-being of our communities. Don’t let political correctness stand in the way of protecting our families, our livelihoods, and ultimately, our way of life.

Some people aren’t going to like this, but it reminds me of a high-end store getting stormed and robbed in New York, or LA.

In my neck of the woods those aggressive monkeys that killed a boy would be shot on sight. That would end the attacks on people. Ripping out guts is not the act of a docile creature. It meant to kill and succeeded. That entire troop of monkeys need to be put down. All with that learned behavior.

I would hunt these animals down and eliminate them all. If they kill a child once they will do it again if not eliminated.
