January 1, Rogue Federal Judge SABOTAGES Trump’s FBI Headquarters Overhaul
Wyatt’s Take
- Another activist judge just blocked President Trump’s plan to relocate the FBI headquarters — another example of the deep state protecting its own turf
- The ruling throws a wrench into efforts to drain the swamp and reform a bureau that’s become a political weapon against conservatives
- This is exactly the kind of obstruction Americans voted to end when they put Trump back in the White House
A federal judge has struck down President Donald Trump’s plan to relocate the FBI headquarters, dealing a blow to the administration’s efforts to reform the scandal-plagued bureau.
The ruling represents yet another instance of unelected judges interfering with the president’s authority to restructure government agencies that have lost the trust of millions of Americans.

The FBI has been at the center of controversy for years, from the Russia hoax to the targeting of parents at school board meetings. Moving headquarters was seen as part of a broader effort to shake up an agency many conservatives view as politically compromised.
But one judge decided the American people’s mandate for change doesn’t matter.
The decision comes as Trump continues facing resistance from the administrative state at every turn. Federal judges — many appointed by previous Democratic administrations — have repeatedly blocked executive actions on immigration, border security, and government reform.
This latest roadblock will likely fuel further calls from conservatives to rein in judicial overreach and restore the balance of power between branches of government.
The relocation plan was part of Trump’s broader agenda to decentralize federal power and move agencies out of the Washington, D.C. swamp where insiders protect each other.
Wyatt Matters
When working Americans voted for Trump, they voted for accountability and reform of agencies that no longer serve the people. Every time a judge blocks common-sense changes, it proves exactly why we need to keep fighting the entrenched establishment that refuses to let go of power.
