January 1, Rogue Federal Judge SABOTAGES Trump’s FBI Headquarters Overhaul

Wyatt’s Take

  • Another activist judge just blocked President Trump’s plan to relocate the FBI headquarters — another example of the deep state protecting its own turf
  • The ruling throws a wrench into efforts to drain the swamp and reform a bureau that’s become a political weapon against conservatives
  • This is exactly the kind of obstruction Americans voted to end when they put Trump back in the White House

A federal judge has struck down President Donald Trump’s plan to relocate the FBI headquarters, dealing a blow to the administration’s efforts to reform the scandal-plagued bureau.

The ruling represents yet another instance of unelected judges interfering with the president’s authority to restructure government agencies that have lost the trust of millions of Americans.

The FBI has been at the center of controversy for years, from the Russia hoax to the targeting of parents at school board meetings. Moving headquarters was seen as part of a broader effort to shake up an agency many conservatives view as politically compromised.

But one judge decided the American people’s mandate for change doesn’t matter.

The decision comes as Trump continues facing resistance from the administrative state at every turn. Federal judges — many appointed by previous Democratic administrations — have repeatedly blocked executive actions on immigration, border security, and government reform.

This latest roadblock will likely fuel further calls from conservatives to rein in judicial overreach and restore the balance of power between branches of government.

The relocation plan was part of Trump’s broader agenda to decentralize federal power and move agencies out of the Washington, D.C. swamp where insiders protect each other.

Wyatt Matters

When working Americans voted for Trump, they voted for accountability and reform of agencies that no longer serve the people. Every time a judge blocks common-sense changes, it proves exactly why we need to keep fighting the entrenched establishment that refuses to let go of power.

Among actual law enforcement officers…the FBI just isn’t much of a law enforcement agency. It’s more like a its own public relations agency first…Law Enforcement runs a distant second. Unless things have changed dramatically.

Having spent 25 years as a municipal police officer, and 10 more as a public safety officer…I’ve worked with federal agents on several occasions. There were individual agents that were more concerned with “catching bad guys regardless of who got the publicity.” Few and far between. (this was back in the 60s-90s…maybe things have changed?) Many times, the press releases barely mentioned if at all…local agencies.
I recall one case wherein the FBI came to the PD and told us they had a stakeout on a particular address where the girlfriend’s parents lived. The individual they wanted was a bank robber who had committed several “jobs” and they believed then fled with her out of the 2 states he had committed the robberies in and figured he’d be safe there. They gave us the description and license #. I drove to the area…and found the vehicle parked at a mini-mall, the girlfriend apparently shopping for groceries. I notified the FBI of the “hole” in their surveillance, and let them take her into custody. I got 2 of my officers, and went to the home and arrested the bank robber, on the back porch with his girl’s parents sipping iced tea. Brought him to the PD, locked him in our jail…and had the FBI come and pick him up. Got an “official FBI letterhead” letter, thanking us, and our department for ‘ASSISTING’ in taking him into custody. LOL…Typical.

Why is it that Trump is sooo concerned with DC buildings, arches & ballrooms? I thought he was elected to serve ALL of America & issues like inflation and affordability. You know, things that affect & concern EVERYONE!
