January 1, Republicans in Kansas Override Governor’s Veto on Trans Procedures for Kids

Something important happening in Kansas. The folks in charge there, called Republicans, just made a big decision to help kids stay safe. They passed a rule called the “Help Not Harm Act,” which means doctors can’t do medical procedures that change a child’s body to look like the opposite sex. This includes not giving kids special medicines that change their hormones or stop them from growing like they should.
Now, there was something kind of tricky going on. The governor, who’s a Democrat named Laura Kelly, didn’t want this rule. She said no to it last year and tried to say no again this year. But guess what? The people who voted, like the ones in the state Senate and House, said “Yes, we want this rule!” They did this to make sure kids are safe from any changes that can’t be undone when they grow up.
Some important Republicans, Ty Masterson and Dan Hawkins, said they were doing this for the children’s safety. They wanted to stop doctors from doing things that might hurt kids in ways we don’t really know yet. They were really happy to make this a rule with the help of Kansas voters.
This new rule means if a doctor doesn’t follow it, families can take action to show that what happened wasn’t right. The doctors could get into big trouble too, like losing their special licenses to work as doctors.
There’s also a part of the rule that says no state worker can tell kids to start acting like the opposite sex while doing their job. Some people didn’t like this idea, like every Democrat who voted and even one Republican, which is kind of like finding a penny in a pile of dimes.
One person who really supports this is U.S. Senator Roger Marshall. He said it’s really good that Kansas is taking a stand to protect kids so they can grow up the way they were meant to. He said “Praise God!” because, for him, it’s important that children are kept safe from this stuff.
Even President Trump made a rule to stop the whole country from using government money on these procedures for kids. So, that’s a lot of people looking out for the future!
That’s the big news from Kansas! Make sure to remember it when you’re thinking about what’s right and important for keeping kids healthy and safe.
Wyatt Matters!
In Kansas, a new rule was made to help keep kids safe. It’s called the “Help Not Harm Act.” This rule says that doctors can’t give kids special medicines or do surgeries to make them look like the opposite sex. The reason behind it is that these changes can’t be undone when the kids grow up. Some people, like Ty Masterson and Dan Hawkins, who are in charge, believe this rule is important for the safety of kids, so they don’t get hurt by changes we don’t completely understand yet.
The governor of Kansas, Laura Kelly, didn’t agree with this rule. She said no to it last year and tried to stop it again this year. But, the people who make decisions in Kansas, like the state Senate and House, voted to say yes to this rule. They wanted it to be a law so kids stay protected. Now, if doctors don’t follow this new rule, they could get into big trouble, even losing their right to be doctors.
Not everyone thinks this rule is a good idea, though. Some people, like every Democrat who voted and even one Republican, didn’t agree with it. But supporters, like U.S. Senator Roger Marshall, believe it’s important to keep children safe so they can grow as they’re meant to. He and others think that making sure kids are safe from changes they might not fully understand is really important for their future. So, in Kansas, this new rule is all about keeping kids safe and making sure they get to grow up healthy and happy!

Well the republicans are taking over the USA so this is a minor step for them. We are under a dictatorship/terrorist by his own hand so things like this are bound to happen regardless of laws currently in effect.
Pignocchio is breaking laws left and right and soon all laws will be wiped out in favor of his Backside kissing orders!!!!!
