January 1, Report: Not Enough Voter Fraud to Sway Election

A review by The Associated Press in the six battleground states disputed by former President Donald Trump found less than 475 cases of potential voter fraud — a number that wouldn’t have impacted the results of the 2020 election.

According to the AP: “Democrat Joe Biden won Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin and their 79 Electoral College votes by a combined 311,257 votes out of 25.5 million ballots cast for president. The disputed ballots represent just 0.15% of his victory margin in those states.”

“The cases could not throw the outcome into question even if all the potentially fraudulent votes were for Biden, which they were not, and even if those ballots were actually counted, which in most cases they were not,” AP reporter Christina A. Cassidy wrote.

The outlet reports that its review didn’t show any collusion to rig the voting, with nearly every instance being “based on an individual acting alone to cast additional ballots.”

“Voter fraud is virtually non-existent,” said George Christenson, election clerk for Milwaukee County in Wisconsin. “I would have to venture a guess that’s about the same odds as getting hit by lightning.”

Arizona had the highest number of potential fraud cases with 198 — less than 2% of Biden’s margin of victory.

“Each time this dangerous but weak and fear-ridden conspiracy theory has been put forward, it has only cemented the truth more by being completely debunked — including at the hands of elections authorities from both parties across the nation, nonpartisan experts, and over 80 federal judges,” said Andrew Bates, a spokesperson for the White House.

Trump’s response to the AP’s findings

When asked for a comment on the report’s findings, the former president said an impending report from an undisclosed source would support his claims and insisted that mail-in voting had paved the way for fraud that involved “hundreds of thousands of votes.”

“I just don’t think you should make a fool out of yourself by saying 400 votes,” Trump told the outlet.

A breakdown of the cases

The review found a variety of reasons for potential fraud cases.

"Some were attributed to administrative error or voter confusion while others were being examined as intentional attempts to commit fraud. In those cases, many involved people who sought to vote twice — by casting both an absentee and an in-person ballots — or those who cast a ballot for a dead relative such as the woman in Maricopa County, Arizona. Authorities there say she signed her mother’s name on a ballot envelope. The woman’s mother had died a month before the election.

The cases are bipartisan. Some of those charged with fraud are registered Republicans or told investigators they were supporters of Trump," the report reads.

One of the five people in Wisconsin who face voter fraud charges, Donald Holz, said that all he wanted to do was vote for Trump, but he was still on parole for a drunk driving charge.

“The only thing that helps me out is that I know what I did and I did it with good intentions,” Holz said after an initial court appearance in Fond du Lac. “The guy upstairs knows what I did. I didn’t have any intention to commit election fraud.”

State-by-state accounting

From the AP report:

—ARIZONA: Authorities have been investigating 198 possible fraud cases out of nearly 3.4 million votes cast, representing 1.9% of Biden’s margin of victory in the state. Virtually all the cases were in Pima County, home to Tucson, and involved allegations of double voting. The county has a practice of referring every effort to cast a second ballot to prosecutors, something other offices don’t do. In the Pima cases, only one ballot for each voter was counted. So far, nine people have been charged in the state with voting fraud crimes following the 2020 election. Six of those were filed by the state attorney general’s office, which has an election integrity unit that is reviewing an undisclosed number of additional cases.

—GEORGIA: Election officials in 124 of the state’s 159 counties reported no suspicious activity after conducting their post-election checks. Officials in 24 counties identified 64 potential voter fraud cases, representing 0.54% of Biden’s margin of victory in Georgia. Of those, 31 were determined to be the result of an administrative error or some other mistake. Eleven counties, most of them rural, either declined to say or did not respond. The state attorney general’s office is reviewing about 20 cases referred so far by the state election board related to all elections in 2020, including the primary, but it was not known if any of those overlapped with cases already identified by local election officials.

—MICHIGAN: Officials have identified 56 potential instances of voter fraud in five counties, representing 0.04% of Biden’s margin of victory in the state. Most of the cases involved two people suspected of submitting about 50 fraudulent requests for absentee ballots in Macomb, Wayne and Oakland counties. All the suspicious applications were flagged by election officials and no ballots were cast improperly.

—NEVADA: Local officials identified between 93 and 98 potential fraud cases out of 1.4 million ballots cast, representing less than one-third of 1% of Biden’s margin of victory. More than half the total — 58 — were in Washoe County, which includes Reno, and the vast majority involved allegations of possible double voting. The statewide total does not include thousands of fraud allegations submitted to the state by local Republicans. Republican Secretary of State Barbara Cegavske has said many of those were based “largely upon an incomplete assessment of voter registration records and lack of information concerning the processes by which these records are compiled and maintained.” It’s not known how many remain under investigation.

—PENNSYLVANIA: Election officials in 11 of the state’s 67 counties identified 26 possible cases of voter fraud, representing 0.03% of Biden’s margin of victory. The elections office in Philadelphia refused to discuss potential cases with the AP, but the prosecutor’s office in Philadelphia said it has not received any fraud-related referrals.

—WISCONSIN: Election officials have referred 31 cases of potential fraud to prosecutors in 12 of the state’s 72 counties, representing about 0.15% of Biden’s margin of victory. After reviewing them, prosecutors declined to bring charges in 26 of those cases. Meagan Wolfe, administrator of the Wisconsin Elections Commission, said the number of cases in 2020 was “fairly run of the mill.”

Far too little vote fraud to tip election to Trump, AP finds

I guess you see what you want to see. I have read far too many other audits that clearly dispute your findings, This is an attempt to sway those of us know that Biden was installed to thinking that Joe got more legitimate votes than Trump-didn’t happen. All the swing states magically swung to Biden after they all stopped counting in the middle of the morning. Go back to the drawing board AP.

What a fu** joke, and elephants can fly. I guess the Democrats will get away with the crime of the century at the cost of Americans lives, livelihood and our country prosperity. We need Republican officials with balls, not their panties in a wad. Seem like the women are growing them now more than our Rhinos, who have swiveled up. God help our people and country.

Maybe, but we simply don’t trust the media or congress who has nothing better to do than protect our rights and ensure we have confidence we have a lawfully elected president. Both congress and the media have grown corrupt as Obama was put in the White House never being qualified as ” natural born”. Now the same for Kamala Harris, Marco Rubio, Ted Cruz not born in the country of TWO US citizen parents. Regardless, congress members cowered and hid when patriots went to the capitol J6 to express their lack of trust.

A.P. Stands for American Propagandist! I have personally seen Voter Fraud in Chicago decades ago. It was Commonly Known that Voter Fraud was Ramped in Chicago and other Democrat Controlled States, Counties and Cities through out the Country!

The Statistical Probabilities that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris could beat one of the Most Popular Presidents in Modern History is a JOKE! Just look at Presidents Record!!!

We shall see What we shall see!

By the way! Does Anyone in their Right Mind believe that Biden and Harris are doing a GOOD JOB! If you do, you are nothing more than a Hate America Simpleton!

“one of the Most Popular Presidents in Modern History” Are you kidding? He never topped 50% in the polls at any time. No president did not get at least 50% at some time in their terms. Record unpopularity, consistently!

The report doesn’t even begin to scratch the surface. The problem, as I see it, is that there are many ways that the system can, and has probably already, been exploited. It was bad enough when voters showed up in person. I personally witnessed people who had long since moved voting, or names on the list of neighbors/relatives who had either moved or died who were still registered. My parents received absentee ballots long after their deaths; there was nothing to prevent me from casting ballots for them. I knew of another situation where the staff at an assisted living facility was filling out absentee ballots on behalf of residents on the secured floor housing the Alzheimer/dementia residents! Nobody at the Board of Elections, the local TV stations, or the local newspaper was the least bit interested in looking into the allegations I brought to their attention.
With mail-in ballots, those wanting to commit voter fraud are just figuring out how easy it is going to be (submitting requests for ballots, intercepting applications and/or ballots, illegal ballot harvesting, etc.) The only acceptable solution, in my mind, is to return to one day voting, on Election DAY, and allow absentee voting only for those that truly need it. Voter ID laws need to be be put in place, used, and enforced.
It won’t be long before an individual vote will not mean much anymore. It will be overridden by thousands and thousands of illegal votes, and it will just be a question of which party does a better job of scamming the system.

Anybody with half a brain knows the presidential election was a fraud. The democrats and their rich million are going to try and do it again. Right now covid-19 is over blown and they are keeping alive to use it again in this Nov election. The democrat party is America’s enemy and we must get rid of them

Being from Mesa County Colorado where our county clerk was suspicious that the corrupt SOS Jena Griswold was covering her tracts of fraud she got forensic images of the dominion server before and after the SOS came in and deleted 29K voting records. We have the proof and the corrupt SOS FBI local commissioners county attorney have all made the Clerk and her deputy the villains. Everyone should go read the report of the Dominion machines before and after the “trusted Build” that has been essentially going on across the country. You can read the report at And the second report is pending- just might be with President Trump is referring too. The corruption and fraud is deep and actually has been going on for sometime on BOTH sides of the political spectrum- which is why the republicans with rare exception are only paying lip service to getting to the bottom of the fraud
