January 1, Pop Diva Threatens to Abandon America If Trump Wins 2024 Election

Once more, pop icon Cher attempts to sway public sentiment with dramatic flair, vowing to ditch the United States if former President Donald Trump triumphs in the 2024 election.

Recalling Trump’s prior term, Cher melodramatically stated, “I almost got an ulcer the last time.”

In her recent conversation with The Guardian, she doubled down on her anti-Trump sentiment, declaring, “If he gets in, who knows? This time I will leave [the country].”

Cher’s vocal disdain for the 45th president is old news. She’s previously branded Trump as a “f‑‑‑ing traitor” and lamented in 2018 that he’d done “so much damage” to America.

Yet this isn’t the first time Cher has played the ‘exit card.’

The star, originally christened Cherilyn Sarkisian, threatened to abandon ship in 2016 as well.

Amidst the fever-pitch of that election cycle, the 77-year-old promised she’d vacate America should Trump clinch the presidency.

Perhaps overplaying her hand, Cher humorously tweeted that she’d be “moving to Jupiter” if Trump won.

But let’s not forget, Cher wasn’t alone in this theatrical promise.

A parade of Hollywood elites, including Miley Cyrus, Samuel L. Jackson, Chelsea Handler, and Amy Schumer, also vowed to leave the U.S. under a Trump administration.
