John F. Kennedy becomes the first American president to hold a live televised news conference.

Good morning middle Americans.

Something’s bothering Sec. of State Mike Pompeo. Multiple outlets are reporting that he yelled at an NPR reporter after an interview. We have a link to the ugly details below.

Also if you missed Rudy Giuliani’s appearance on Fox & Friends yesterday – you really missed something. The poor anchors could not get him to stop.  The former NYC mayor really wants to get the truth out there. But if you’ve lost Fox & Friends, you’ve lost America.

Pompeo Cursed at Reporter, Yelled: ‘Do You Think Americans Care About Ukraine?’

(USA Today) – Secretary of State Mike Pompeo used the “F-word” and other expletives after a testy interview with a National Public Radio host on Friday, the news outlet said.

Pompeo unloaded on NPR’s Mary Louise Kelly after an interview in which she questioned him on Ukraine and Iran, among other issues. He grew extremely irritated by Kelly’s Ukraine questions, according to NPR.

“‘Do you think Americans care about Ukraine?'” Pompeo apparently shouted at Kelly after the interview. The State Department’s press office did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Pompeo is scheduled to travel to Ukraine next week for a meeting with that country’s president, Volodymyr Zelensky, a central figure in the impeachment proceedings against President Donald Trump. Ukraine is a pivotal U.S. ally in the effort to counter Russian aggression.

Joe Rogan’s Endorsement of Bernie Sanders Shows He Can Appeal to the Voters Necessary to Beat Trump

(Business Insider) – Joe Rogan endorsed Sen. Bernie Sanders this week, prompting a flurry of online conversation — particularly after the Vermont senator embraced the endorsement.

Rogan, a comedian and podcast host, is one of the most prominent, influential people in the media world. But he’s also a controversial figure who has offered a platform to conspiracy theorists like Alex Jones and made comments widely considered to be racist and sexist.

On Monday, Rogan had New York Times opinion writer Bari Weiss as a guest on his podcast and told her he would “probably vote for Bernie.”

“He’s been insanely consistent his entire life,” Rogan said. “He’s basically been saying the same thing, been for the same thing his whole life. And that in and of itself is a very powerful structure to operate from.”
