January 1, Pennsylvania Democrat’s SHOCKING Attack on Second Amendment Businesses

Wyatt’s Take
- A Pennsylvania state lawmaker just unveiled a plan to strangle gun stores with suffocating new regulations — all dressed up as ‘accountability’
- This isn’t about safety; it’s about weaponizing red tape to price law-abiding businesses out of existence
- Pennsylvania gun owners need to wake up fast — your constitutional rights are under direct assault in a critical swing state
A Pennsylvania Democrat just declared war on the Second Amendment — and he’s not even trying to hide it anymore.
Democratic Pennsylvania state Rep. Christopher Rabb announced his intention to pass sweeping new regulations targeting gun stores across the Keystone State. In a memo released Monday seeking co-sponsors, Rabb laid out his “Establishing the Firearms Dealer Accountability and Modernization Act” — a bureaucratic nightmare designed to choke out legitimate firearm retailers.
Rabb claims his scheme will address gun violence through the “supply side.”
Translation: he wants to bury legal gun dealers under mountains of red tape until they can’t afford to keep their doors open. This is the left’s favorite playbook — when they can’t ban guns outright, they regulate the businesses that sell them into oblivion.
Pennsylvania isn’t some deep-blue coastal state. This is a critical swing state where millions of Americans value their constitutional rights and depend on local gun stores for self-defense, hunting, and sport shooting.
But Democrats like Rabb don’t care about any of that.
They see every gun store as a target, every firearm sale as a threat, and every Second Amendment supporter as an enemy. This proposed legislation is nothing more than backdoor gun control — designed to make it financially impossible for small businesses to comply while pretending to care about “accountability.”
The timing is no accident either. With Pennsylvania remaining one of the most hotly contested battlegrounds in American politics, the left knows that eroding gun rights here could tip the scales for future elections.
This is exactly the kind of government overreach that drives working Americans crazy — unelected bureaucrats and power-hungry politicians deciding what’s best for everyone else while ignoring the Constitution they swore to uphold.
Wyatt Matters
Your local gun store isn’t some faceless corporation — it’s run by your neighbors, staffed by people who understand the value of the Second Amendment, and serves families who believe in protecting themselves. When politicians like Rabb push these kinds of regulations, they’re not fighting crime — they’re fighting you. Pennsylvania gun owners better pay attention, because this is how liberty dies: not with a bang, but with a stack of forms and fees designed to make freedom too expensive to afford.
