January 1, Obamacare’s Collapse Proves Conservatives Right

Wyatt’s Take

  • Obamacare was built to expand coverage, not cut costs.
  • Premiums are rising while options shrink for regular folks.
  • Democrats now openly admit they want more bailouts to keep it afloat.

Senate Democrats traded votes to keep the government open in exchange for another promise to prop up Obamacare. It’s clear this law was never meant to fix the problem, just to paper it over until it broke.

From day one, Obamacare was all about promises that never panned out. Politicians swore you’d keep your doctor and plans, but instead costs shot up and choices disappeared.

The only thing holding this mess together is more taxpayer money thrown at subsidies that never solve the root issues.

The truth is out: after years of hype, Democrats are demanding even more government checks to prop up the law. They’d rather keep writing bailouts than fix what’s broken.

When former Speaker Nancy Pelosi leaves the scene, it feels like she’s dodging the blame for what’s gone wrong.

New data shows insurance premiums under Obamacare will spike another 26% in a couple years. Employers might walk away from offering coverage–because big government meddling ruined the basic math.

The only thing keeping it alive is more and more subsidies.

“We must keep subsidizing to prevent collapse.”

That’s not fixing healthcare. That’s drowning in quicksand with taxpayers footing the bill.

Real reform needs to bring back real competition, empower patients and doctors, and put the focus on lower costs instead of endless government expansion.

Market solutions like health savings accounts, more choices across state lines, high-deductible plans, and tackling lawsuit abuse would make things better for working Americans. That’s the change we actually need.

It’s time to turn the page, stop with the bailouts, and finally put families and freedom at the center of healthcare again.
