January 1, New Bill Would Eliminate Democratic Party in Florida

1807: Congress bans the slave trade within the U.S., effective January 1, 1808.
A Florida state lawmaker proposed a bill that would “cancel” the Sunshine State’s Democratic Party.
On Tuesday, state Sen. Blaise Ingoglia (R) filed “The Ultimate Cancel Act” (SB 1248). The bill would “immediately cancel” the filings of any political party that had “previously advocated for, or been in support of, slavery or involuntary servitude.”
If approved, “The Ultimate Cancel Act” would require Florida officials to notify registered voters that their party had been “canceled.” Additionally, the individual’s voter registration would be changed to “no party affiliation.” State officials would then “provide procedures” for affected voters to change their affiliation to “an active political party.”
Under the bill, any canceled political party could re-register with the Florida Department of State. However, the party would have to change its name to something “substantially different from the name of any other party previously registered.”
Ingoglia issued a press release, noting that Democrats and “leftist activists” had “been trying to ‘cancel’ people and companies for things they have said or done in the past.”
“Using this standard, it would be hypocritical not to cancel the Democrat Party itself for the same reason,” Ingoglia said. “Some people want to have ‘uncomfortable conversations’ about certain subjects. Let’s have those conversations.”
The Democratic Party supported slavery through the early and mid-1800’s, according to NBC News.
The Florida Democratic Party dismissed the proposed legislation as a “publicity stunt.”
“Presenting a bill that would disenfranchise 5 million voters is both unconstitutional and unserious. Under Ron DeSantis, Senator Ingoglia is using his office to push bills that are nothing more than publicity stunts instead of focusing on the issues that matter most to Floridians,” the party said in a statement to NBC News.
Ingoglia addressed Nikki Fried, the chair of the state’s Democratic Party, in a tweet.
“Florida Dems should be thankful I’m not asking them to return all the money they’ve raised previously from their Jefferson/Jackson Dinners,” Ingoglia tweeted, referencing the party’s annual fundraisers that were named after former Presidents Thomas Jefferson and Andrew Jackson.

if anything should be eliminated in Florida, it should be De Santis and his croonies in Tallahassee. I was a rebulican all my life until De Santis started acting like a communist dictator. I then changed to Democrat. To Dissolve the Democratic party in Florida would be unconstitutional and morally wrong. Come off your ego trip and act like a responsible mature adult.

The Republican Party serves at the wishes of the Democratic Party. That’s all that needs to be said.

Eliminate all political parties. Restore the right of individuals to choose (since the Constitution only prohibits the GOVERNMENT from discriminating and then, only on the basis of Race, Creed, Color, or Religion), and enforce the Constitutionally protected right to Freedom FROM Religion (Freedom OF cannot exist without Freedom FROM!). Move all campaign commercials and debates to where they belong: public radio & public television. Cap all campaign spending. Remove and permanently bar from political office anyone who voted to enact a law that was later found to be unconstitutional (guaranteeing accountability). Simple, common sense measures that will never happen because “common sense” is, these days, nothing more than the name of some pamphlet from the Revolutionary War period that a (very) few people might remember from their American History class in high school.

A specific bill is not needed because the U.S. Constitution outlaws Communism and Democracy as well as monarchy. Those who don’t like it need to move (including 99% of all U.S. politicians, journalists, jurists, and educators who think the U.S. is a democracy, which shows they are either utter ignoramuses or part of the conspiracy) and those who try to change the Constitution as written by the Founders are guilty of sedition and the attempted overthrow of the U.S. Government–which is the true people and the Constitution. Part of the corruption of politicians is to try to pass a bill that is not needed (because the Constitution already mandates it, and if politicians are not going to obey the Constitution why would they obey a mere bill?) to get people to vote on something that does not need voting on, and when it is “voted down” then people just agreed to ignore the Constitution! If it passes, they will ignore it anyway, and it sets a bad precedent (just like the illegal practice of Presidential Executive Orders) and mind-enslaving habit to get people used to voting whether the Constitution should be obeyed or not. Any TRUE President who enters office should issue TWO and ONLY TWO Executive Orders: 1. All previous EO are now rescinded, void, and illegal to attempt to practice or enforce; 2. All FUTURE EO are hereby outlawed and any president who attempts to make one is to be immediately executed. The same goes for every other form of treasonous legislation (which is 99%) passed by corrupt members of Congress. Just because something can be passed does not mean that it is Constitutional; and corrupt, arrogant politicians who think that they better know what is Constitutional than the men who wrote the Constitution, pass legislation that is almost 100% unconstitutional, subversive, and socialistic. Ignorance for passing an unconstitutional law is not an excuse. As John Wayne said, “Life is tough; it’s even tougher if you’re stupid”. That should be the epitaph on each politician’s tombstone. All of Christendom is being destroyed by alleged “Christians” standing and doing nothing in the face of evil and conspiracy and sedition; though the Bible says, “To him that knoweth to do good and doeth it not, to him it is sin”. I’m a Republican but DO NOT support any such action from anyone. It irks me when Republicans act no better than Democrats. Why would you give all the power to one party? You won’t like it any better when all the bible thumping Republicans take over. This is nothing to be proud of or to support! Disgusted.
