  • The Navy looked into Sen. Mark Kelly after a controversial video.
  • He and other Democrats told troops to disobey certain orders.
  • The Pentagon is now reviewing a report about possible consequences.

The Navy has sent a report to the Pentagon, recommending what should happen to Sen. Mark Kelly for telling troops to reject “illegal orders.”

He appeared in a video with one other senator and four House Democrats, all with military or intelligence experience.

The lawmakers did not name any specific orders from the Trump White House.

The Pentagon’s Office of General Counsel will review the report.

Kelly’s spokesperson pushed back on the move.

“It defies belief that with all of the threats facing our country, Pete Hegseth initiated this ridiculous process to try to intimidate Senator Kelly for saying something Pete Hegseth himself has said repeatedly.”

Kelly served as a Navy captain and astronaut, with two tours in the Persian Gulf and a stint as a flight instructor.

He emphasized his stance.

“I’ve given too much to this country to be silenced by bullies who care more about their own power than protecting the Constitution.”

Kelly said before.

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth criticized the lawmakers.

“The military already has clear procedures for handling unlawful orders. It does not need political actors injecting doubt into an already clear chain of command.”

He stated.

Stories like this show why it’s so important to keep watch over politicians and their actions.

The UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice) states that a lawful order is presumed legal unless it is “manifestly illegal”. They forgot mention this small detail in their commercial.

There needs to be a SUBSTANTIVE punishment for this crime. In the US CODE one punishment for conviction (UCMJ conviction is a federal conviction) is that they may never old office again! There are several other punishments involved that could be levied.

He also said that they should decide for themselves if they FEEL like they have been giving an unlawful order. He said if they FEEL like it doesn’t sit well with them just refuse to follow the orders. He suggested Disobeying Orders just so they won’t be brought up on charges later. He neglected to tell them what WILL happen to them for Disobeying a direct order because of their “Feelings”. This pig deserves worse than a discharge or jail.

As a veteran, Mark Kelly should know better. We didn’t have many goops in the Air Force when I served 1966-1970, but there were a few like Kelly. Not only a traitor but also a moron. Check the UCMJ, Mark. You obey orders until you have consulted a JAG.

Remove Mark Kelly from office, he is an embarrassment to our country.
