  • A man is accused of launching Molotov cocktails at a Los Angeles federal building.
  • The attack aimed at ICE and federal officials, with claims of terrorism.
  • Thankfully, the explosive devices failed to ignite and no one was hurt.

Authorities in Los Angeles arrested a man who allegedly threw homemade Molotov cocktails into a federal building Monday.

Investigators say he called it a “terrorist attack” against ICE and deportations.

The devices didn’t ignite, and he had more Molotov cocktails on him when detained.

No one was hurt in the incident, and police expect formal charges soon.

Federal agents say the suspect was angry over immigration enforcement.

After his arrest, he told agents

“they were separating families”

“this is a terrorist attack anyways”

“I attacked your b—- a–.”

Authorities believe he set fire to his rented apartment with an accelerant before the attack.

Firefighters responded and ruled the blaze arson.

The federal building houses the U.S. Attorney’s office and ICE.

This is a spot where many illegal immigrants are processed.

The first device hit an employee entrance but broke and burned out.

A second was tossed into a door near people going through security.

Each Molotov cocktail reportedly had a breakable container, a wick, and was filled with ignitable liquid like hand sanitizer or ethanol.

Officials say both were capable of starting extensive fires.

This attack comes after recent anti-ICE protests in New York, where agitators threw debris at officers and several arrests were made.

Our nation’s laws and safety offices are being tested in big cities once again.

Large-scale threats like this raise questions about security, justice, and the safety of families across the country.

When people feel the need to attack our institutions, it is a call for everyone to stand up for law and order, and the principles that keep our communities safe and sound.
