90% Favor Criminal Background Checks For Guns

(Fox News) – Ninety percent of registered voters are in favor of requiring criminal background checks on all gun buyers, while 81% say they would favor allowing police to temporarily take guns away from people who have been shown to be a danger to themselves or others, according to a Fox News poll.

6 Philadelphia Police Officers Shot; Suspect Surrenders After Standoff

(WPVI) – “The shooter fired multiple rounds. Officers returned fire – many of whom had to escape through windows and doors to get away from a barrage of bullets,” said Philadelphia Police Commissioner Richard Ross.

Epstein’s Caribbean Islands Drawing Tourists After His Death 

(AP) – “No one used to pay attention to it,” Jon Stewart, the owner of a charter boat company, told the Associated Press. Now, “there’s a ton more tourists.”
